It is Gaius again. the door is a double door, so it would be 3.25, but still thick.
They will make a single Strength Check, at advantage. On a success they will dig through in 1 round, on a fail it will take them 2, and if the fail is by over 7 then it will take them a total of 3 rounds.
You all have 2 full turns before they break through the door, I will leave this till tomorrow morning before I have them break through, let me know what you want to do with the 2 rounds.
Watching Mist move the ground to form a barrier after the sudden reappearance of the Voice stuns Druquilla for a moment but once she regains her senses, she gives the halfling a quick compliment, "Quick thinking there shrimp, doubt it will hold for long though." Looking around Druquilla tries to come up with another idea only to remember the lizard in the other room. "See what you can do to hold them off here," Druquilla calls out as she begins to move to the other room. "I'm going to see if I can us a little more help."
Turn 1:
Druquilla uses her move action to go into the room with the iguana then using the same sounds and gestures she would have use on any amphibious creature she had spoken to before shouts, "Bad thing coming for your eggs we need your help to stop it." If the iguana does not respond to that then Druquilla will repeat it draconic, if still the iguana ignores her then she uses her action to cast Mage Hand by calling forth her swarm.
Turn 2:
If Druquilla was able to convince the iguana to help her she will return to the others with the iguana in tow, if she could not then she uses her action to control the swarm mage hand to take one of the eggs and use that to draw the iguana into the other room.

Kraven takes the potions form Mist and stores one and then drinks the other.
Round 1: Healing Potion: 7
Round 2: Will fly up to the ceiling and hopefully find a perch and then Hide and hold an action to throw a psychic dagger at the first enemy to appear.
Mist doesn't even register the compliment but immediately goes running and screaming into the far right room (the one with the chest) and tries to hide out of sight while readying a blast for the moment he sees an enemy break through his barrier.
Gintaroutakes Ready Action. When there's a gap between the door and the wall, he will thrust at the gap, hopefully hit the enemy behind it.
Bladed Oar Glaive: Attack: 18 Damage: 14
Turn2
Gintarouruns to the right room, urging the fell one to do the same. " Run to the right room! I'll block the door!" The warrior drops his glaive andpicksupthe coconut shield (AC19!). He seals the entrance, protecting companions with his own body and takes Dodge Action!

The Voice and the 4 infected break in, with an infected in the front. And they take the full 36 damage and are still standing, they look rough, but are still standing. Both Lilia and The Fell One held the same action as Gintarou.
Both attacks miss wow that's sucks. The iguana did not leave its chamber, yet, it did move and is now standing guard at the door to its chambers.
Gintarou the hole wouldn't open until the end of the second turn, which is when I would have assumed you would attack,by holding your action. So we are going to start the 3rd round of combat with Gintarou and our NPCs next to the door way. Mist in the chamber with the treasure, Kraven as much on the roof as possible, and Druquilla I'm not fully sure where you were wanting to be at, but I am assuming towards the back of the main chamber.

"Ugh..." Mist grumbles. "You are your mother can get bent, skin suit!"
The familiar translucent tentacle tears another hole in reality as it emerges just behind the Voice and slams down on top of him as another beam of eldritch energy sparks and flies toward the same target!
Tuk can be heard buzzing around the Voice's head, muttering crude and belittling insults, invisibly distracting him to give advantage to the next attack against him (using the help action).
Action: Eldritch blast - Attack: 27 Damage: 9 force damage Bonus action: Tentacle of the Deeps - Attack: 24 Damage: 1 cold damage and his speed is reduced by 10ft
I am sorry if I left things confusing, we are at the top of the third round, Mist has taken his turn, I will wait till tomorrow morning or when I see everyone post before taking the NPCs and Monster's 3 turn.

Seeing the tide of battle is on their side, Gintarou decides to abandon the retreat and take more aggressive tactics. He drops the Oar Glaive, pulls out the Great Stuff and unleashes a series of mighty blows up on his enemies.
"Incoming!" Drquilla shouts as she returns to the group commanding her spectral swarm to carry the baby iguana into the room in an attempt to force the mother to fight The Voice and its allies.
(Drquilla I will let you take a different action if you wish because you would have gotten the feeling that she was willing to help, just not intelligent enough to go in the first round.)
One of the infected Oahtu falls from Gintarou's attacks, the other cuts deep into the infected.
Lilia sees one Oahtu fall, and then swings at an other. Attack: 26 Damage: 9
The Fell One swings his short sword twice and stabs with his dagger. Sword 1 Attack: 24 Damage: 5 Sword 2 Attack: 8 Damage: 7 dagger Attack: 13 Damage: 7
The Iguana charges the infected once she gets to the infected she kicks her front feet up and attempts to stomp down on them. Attack: 18 Damage: 17
Lilia and The Fell One get out of her way.
If the stomp lands the infected needs to make a DC12 strength save or be knocked prone, and the iguana gets a second attack with its bite.10
