Druquilla I am assuming the check you made was to make your way around the sand pit, you do so fine, and finding a tree is more than easy enough for you. Each round who ever is in the sand will sink 1d4+1 feet, and there are a few things about sinking that needs to be handeled so please lets not go too fast paced here.
Gintarou's jaw nearly drops to the ground as he sees Mist sink into the sand. "Just tie the rope with the tree trunk and throw it to me! And uses this to help Mist-dono!" He tries to give his polearm to others. "Make sure not to give him the blade but the other end!"
Druquilla from the safety of the tree line does just as Gintarou says and ties one end of her rope around the trunk of the tree then tosses the other end towards Gintarou.
"Grab on big guy."
If she can get to it without going into the sinking sand Druquilla will try to go for the end of Kraven's rope after tossing Gintarou hers.
If we were in life game I would have you Kraven and Druquilla make dex checks, but its only about 30 feet total so its a low DC, and you are both dex based characters. Kraven is under the sand, with him and Druquilla pulling and Gintarou pulling on his own they can get out this round with out seanking any farther. Blux would grab Gintarou polearm and holding the bladded end sticks it into where Mist was at. Wisdom check DC12 to see if he can get to end close enough to Mist. 4
Aubric you are currently 7 feet down, so I am sure that you are fully under also. Wosdom check DC12 to see if anyone can find Aubric.
Gintarou crawls toward where Mist sunk in all four. If he feels his hand sinks,Gintarou would pull it at once. When he reaches the sand pit, the warrior will take the polearm from Blux and search for the sunken Halfling.
WIS:10
(Oops! Sorry Mist. I should ask BI from Zan first. )
While the other continue to reach for Mist, Kraven will start to shake all the sand out of his feathers as he looks around for a large tree trunk he can lay across the sinking sand and tie one end of his rope to. Then he will look for a large stone he can tie the other end of the rope to and then lower the stone into the sand where Mist disappeared. Hopefully the stone will sink faster than Mist due to the vacuum of Mist's body going through the sand.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Kraven it will take you two turns to get that set up to pull Mist out and Druquilla can tell you where to drop it, she seems confident that she knows where Mist is at. Blux seeing that everyone is mostly fixed on Mist will move over to Aubric and to to see if he can reach him with the pole arm Wis check 19

(Does Zan need to make this check? I'll roll just in case)
Survival 22
(I don't think everyone needs to roll if they aren't walking into the tree line. Especially if they see the people in front of them sinking...?)

Aubric if the modifier would push you to passing by switching to nature your good to go. Other wise you sink 4 feet.
Zan you only needed to make it if you were trying to make it around to the sinking sand.
Everyone except Mist sinks 3 feet.

Blux just pokes the end of the polearm in a little bit no where near enough for Mist to grab it.
