This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
The worm takes 1 Fire damage from the Torch Arrow it was hit with.

Ganathor feels like a child as he leaps heroically through the air with steel bared overhead. He cuts a deep gauge into the trunk of the monster.
Scarab, exhausted and stunned by the loss of his steed, carries on. Temporary though the loss may be, it weighs heavily on the soul. Scarab finds the strength to draw blood from the monster.
Mazara beats against the thick hide while burning Everyone in the area (Zone 3).
Caleb's profanities cut deep. But his attack cuts deeper.
Og seeks the power of his gods to guide his blade. Slick though the handle may be with the blood and ichor of the fallen, he would surely drop the weight of the steel in the mud, if not for that aid. With the divine energy. He's able to land two brutal blows, a radiant light explodes from the head of his hammer as it falls with a thunderous boom. He swings again! Another flash lights the battlefield, and the monster falls like a great tree.
The earth shakes as the worm crashes onto the muddy docks. The wooden structure splinters and breaks and the monster starts to slide into the sea.
Eldin impales the beast with his blades and the last signs of life within it are extinguished. Well, except for those struggling inside it to find their way out. With the help of the crowd that's amassed on the docks, the bodies of the fallen and still living are pulled free from the monster even as the tides begin to pull the corpse out to sea.
**Battlefield 2: The Square**
The voices below grow louder. Suddenly a beam of Fire bursts from the hole, burning away the webbing. Following the fire immediately after, another Giant Spider emerges from the hole... This one bears a rider. A beautiful girl with straight blond hair.
Adaire looks beside herself. She's covered in blood and muck, and holds a glowing white staff overhead, ready to lay low any Drow remaining on the surface. She leaps from the spider's back and lands beside the tunnel. Finding no foes, she drops to the ground, laying flat on her back, panting with exertion. Not at all the picture of grace and beauty you might be accustomed to seeing at the entrance to The Glory.
The spider shifts back into the form of Daisy. Who looks equally frought, but that's the norm for her. She laughs as she leans heavily on her staff.
Behind them from the pit Truth rises effortlessly into the air walking to the edge as easily as if she were on solid ground. She remains the picture of beauty you might be accustomed to seeing. She holds the end of a rope.
"That was a bit excessive." Adaire says, referring to the fire used to clear the webs.
"Come on. Let's anchor this line so Harmond and the others can climb out." Truth replies.
Below Harmond leads a group of shocked villagers to the surface.
Congratulations! You are victorious!

"Take any one item. We're well equipped." The room contains every item from Chapter 5 of the Player's Handbook weighing 70 pounds or less, armor of varying sizes, instruments, tool kits. There are also spell scrolls, every first level spell is present (as well as spell scrolls of a level for which a magic user of the characters new level would have slots for), and an encyclopedia of knowledge. Reading these books will grant you proficiency with any one tool kit or any one language, depending which book you choose. The books are magically infused to allow easy retention, but the magic is lost once used.
Maginio frowns. “I wanted to kill it!” He de-disguises himself to reveal he is actually Maginio. “That sucks. But i’ll Happily take that.” He grabs the token and walks back to his bed to sleep

At a house, the human kicks a door open, and anyone else around hears a loud bang. The gensai knocks down a drow outside, and the tiefling puts him to sleep. They join back with Rec. Did you kill it? Too late. Ah, you could’ve if you tried. No I couldn’t. Come on! Yes you could! Now, let’s lock this guy in the basement where he belongs. See why exactly that happened.
They all walk back to their new house, with a drow in a sack sleeping (silently), feeling a bit stronger.
Ironwood was confused but thankful at the revival. "I have heard of opening a can of worms, but never worms opening a can." He claps then points to someone randomly nearby. He takes a book on poisoner's kit as his reward, and goes off to bone up on them. He makes some Goodberry as well and gives some away to folk on his way out.

Caleb takes a few extra chops at the beast for good measure, then goes to the head end to give it a good kick in the eye. He surveys the damage the fight caused and after brief consideration decides the best helphe can give is staying out of the way.
After heading to the coliseum to properly sign up, he's informed that he will be rewarded for his assistance with the worm. As he peruses through the prize room he comes across a solidly built wooden shield with a plain, unadorned face. After a few practice swings with his sword to be sure it doesn't through off his balance, he takes it and heads to the bar to celebrate.
While having a drink, he gets an idea. He takes out his new shield and uses a knife to carve a single line on the inside of it. The first tally mark of many to come.
After helping in the recovery process for a while Fin returns to the coliseum. Seeing the supplies being handed out to those who aided durring the attack she takes her gold and a Spell Scroll of Absorb Elements.

I'll give you 20gp for the chains and 6 gp and 1sp for your trouble."
Parabolus enters the arena at 1I and waves his staff to shroud himself in a swarm of insects.
After the small bugs fill a 30ft radius, more bugs form a denser cloud around Parabolus.

Let's have some fun, shall we?
Drag'thur stands at the entrance of the arena watching the bugs cloud around Parabolus. She then begins spar with the air, getting inspiration from a book she barrowed at the library.
Unexpectedly, one of Parabolus' bugs quietly landed on one of her shoulder blades, startling Drag'thur, tripping on her tiefling tail, and ended up next to Parabolus and the other combatants.
