(The grapple rules don't say anything about going prone from being dragged, just that you get moved along with the person dragging you. Maybe if the grappler voluntarily drops prone they could drag the target with em? But it has a separate actual action to shove a target and knock em prone).
Baryk, with Toren intending to use cover (having not attacked) you will need to be able to see at least half of his square to get sight of him (center of your square to center of his square. Campaign specific rule.) You cannot see him from H-8.
When intending to use effective cover your opponent will need to be able to see the center of your space from the center of theirs to have visibility (line of sight) with 3/4 cover if you do not attack and approach from behind cover. Otherwise any visibility (from any part of your square to any part of their square) will give line of sight with applicable cover.
