josias is gonna delay till eldin gives him the signal and takes his helping shot. a then josias will move up to h12 and take his ranged shot at viator. with advantage bless and taking 5 from the attack and putting it into damage. bless 3 attack advantage. 18 damage 19 lighting damage 10 dex save dc13 for anything that is in 5 ft in the line of the attack for half damage.
edit (i just realised i cant take 5 from my attack and put it to damage. so instead of 20 damage its 10. and it is 29 or 27 on my attack )
If Eldin can go before Josias, he would make some odd hand motions and Josias (Trust me, he knows what to do. We've planned this part out). He would fire and arrow at Viator which would seem like it was intended to strike him down but it was actually meant to distract him instead of hitting him so that Josias gets Advantage on his next attack against Viator.
He would then jump down to 14K (The other side of the wall he's on. The room with the tables.) Acrobatics: 15
He will then open the door between row 11 and row 12 and hide under the counter at 11K with his bonus action. Stealth: 17
(May change depending on whether or not the rules allow me to give advantage to Josias this way)
