Alton moves two spaces to the left, next to the rock on the map. He then loads the crossbow and takes a shot at the nearest skeleton (the one in between Eku and Azaka that is on the tree).

Phillip sees a couple of the party dash in or attack. And then Evo moves in asking for cover. Phillip is about to shoot, but then he sees Evo barrel into the skeletons, bursting with light and energy... Like a stumpy, holy, bowling-ball of righteous fury!
Slightly taken aback, Phillip eventually comes to his senses and remembers to draw an arrow and fires at one of the skeletons Evo hit (if any of them are still alive)...
Favored Foe (2 of 3 if it’s a new target only): if it hits, take an extra 3 (piercing damage)
Grung poison: if it hits, CON save (DC12) or take 6 (poison damage)
Movement: Phillip then uses his natural, Grung, ‘Standing Leap’ trait, to try and jump up into the nearest tree (if possible).
Details...
((He can jump 25ft horizontally and 15ft vertically. Can he get up into a tree out of reach of skeletons on the floor? Is that a clump of trees to his northwest a couple of squares, in the middle of the trail? Up in there would be cool. Do you need a roll? Otherwise, anywhere leafy to maybe get a little cover and/or height. He has a climbing speed, if that helps him stick the landing at all?))
Alton, that particular skeleton is on the ground vs. on the tree, and it's kind of nestled behind that rock and tree. With half cover, the shot would miss, but Alton would shoot at a clear target for sure. The arrow instead flies towards the skeleton that is NW of your original one, and hits its body where it smashes a few of the skeletons ribs off. (-5)
Evo, 3 of the 4 skeletons burn up with your radiant damage after hearing your words. Funnily enough, the skeleton that Alton hit was the one who succeeded on the save, essentially saving its life. Your holy mace then appears behind the far skeleton and it smashes it apart with one swing. The skeleton is barely standing.
Phillip, your first arrow hits the skeleton north of Evo, and its body shatters apart. Your second arrow hits the one to the NW of him, and the same thing happens. Bones are shattering and exploding everywhere, likely making Evo cough a little bit! You've taken out 2 skeletons, and you are also able to climb up that rock face which is 5ft up and then up the tree another 10 ft. There's really no rolls required given your features. The trees you originally asked about are a bit too short to be out of range. Plus this locations gives you the height for sure.
((P.S. you weren't sure if the poison worked because the arrows killed the skeletons with the normal and favored foe damage!))
Gotur ambles forward and sends the ice shard at the group of skeletons around Azaka. The ice shard hits the skeleton 10ft west of her (-7) and then it explodes and all of the skeletons around it get blasted by the icy explosion. This damage kills the original target, and almost freezes the others on the spot, but they remain standing.
Eku grins as she watches her comrades dispatch the evil dead. She swoops down towards the top skeleton and lashes out with her tail at it, trying to constrict it and crush it.
Squeeze: 12 Damage: 10
and the skeleton manages to wriggle free before Eku can get a good grip.
The skeletons begin their assault. All of the ones at the bottom around Azaka swarm her, and they don't realize that she is immune to their attacks. They do not have silver short swords whatsoever. She ROOOAARRSin rage and delight as they all try and hack at her with no effect!
The three skeletons near Eku all take shots at her, and she also laughs as she's immune to the damage of the arrows.
The skeletons seem very agitated at this!!
(no rolling for those attacks, pointless)
The middle group (4 of them) try and swarm Evo. (the mace doesn't get an attack of opportunity, right?) They surround him and take slashes with their shortswords. No flanking.
Phillip continues to cover, and support, Evo, from his new vantage position. But the skeletons are pressing in, and he’s worried he might hit his companion... So he turns to his arcane powers, and to a spell he knows won’t miss...
In the same way as he condenses moisture out of the air (into water-droplets and ice-shards), he clenches his fist and causes the raw, magical, weave around him to condense into three crystalline-darts made of pure force-energy.
With a flick of his wrist and a gesture towards the skeletons assaulting Evo, he sends these darts of pure force unerringly into the fray.
Cast a spell action: casting magic missile at the three most damaged-looking skeletons in melee with Evo. Hitting automatically, and causing 4, 5, and 4 points of (force damage) to each skeleton respectively.
((OOC: I’ve always rolled separate dice for each dart, but I know some DMs roll once for all darts. Let me know what you prefer))
Alton moves two spaces to the left as he loads and fires another crossbow bolt at the Skelton directly to the south of Evo. Becaus Evo is within 5 feet, he should have sneak attack.
Alton, you move forward and fire the bolt. That skeleton was barely standing, swaying back and forth, and your crossbow bolt hits it in the skull, which explodes the head. The body clatters to the ground.
Evo, the skeletons clank their bones and swords, your words having no effect this time. The mace is a different story. It moves over towards the skeleton and smashes it. (not bludgeoning, correct?) Some of the skeletons bones smash off, but it remains standing.
Phillip, the crystalline-darts (awesome) fly towards their targets from the tree you're in, and smash into them with perfect accuracy. (I'm good with you rolling separately. However you want is fine, as long as you stay consistent.) Each of the 3 skeletons around Evo are damaged. The first 2 darts hit and almost bring down the skeletons but they remain standing. The last dart smashes the skeleton below Evo and it smashes it apart.
Gotur, the tendril lashes the skeleton, and as it wraps around the bones, they all break apart and fall to the ground.
Eku, seeing Evo take some slashes, moves forward and tries to wrap her tail around the skeleton north of Evo and constrict it/crush it.
Attack: 20 Damage: 9
and she does it. The skeleton is crushed as she constricts it with her tail.
Seeing the numbers of skeletons dwindle, Phillip reverts back to his trusty bow, and fires at the most injured looking skeleton in melee with Evo (or nearest alternative enemy)...
((Is it common knowledge what damage type works best on skeletons? Can't recall if Gotur would know already. Though Evo bursting alight may have him keeping distance anyway.))

"Aye. Let's go end them. Cover meh Phillip!"
He moves SW, SW and the west before casting word of radiance on the four skeletons in range.
Con save 15, damage: 9
He'll then summon a holy spiritual mace behind the last skeleton and club it.
Attack: 13 Damage: 12

Slash: 23 Damage: 4

Round 2: Azaka, Alton, Evo, Phillip, Gotur, Eku, Skeletons
Azaka is up! Coming right up...
"RRROOOAAARRRRR" she tries to rip apart 2 skeletons surrounding her.
Claw: 15 Damage: 5
Claw: 9 Damage: 7
((Nope, no AoO from the mace. I'll mark down that damage.))
... and she smashes one apart. The other claw attack just misses.
Alton is up! Actually go ahead everyone and queue your turns.
Azaka, Alton, Evo, Phillip, Gotur, Eku, Skeletons
Map is updated!
(thank you about AoO)
Evo grunts at the ragged cuts and yells,
"Be gone ye boney husks."
Words of radiance, dc 15 con, damage: 3
He moves the mace to attack the skeleton two squares NE of it's current position.
Attack: 19 Damage: 7
