When a special feature in a creatures stat block says; "...The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns.", does that mean at the end of the next round?
e.g., you get binded by a spell because you failed on your saving throw. Perhaps, depending on Initiative Order, you loose your turn. Next round, you succeed at the saving throw but that's all you can do.
Basically your turn happens and the spell continues to effect you for that turn. You can still take your turn as normal (action, bonus action, movement), with any restrictions from the effect being applied (disadvantage for blinded or maybe incapacitated for something like hold person). Then the last thing you do before combat moves on to the next combatant, is you make a new save against the spell or effect.

Right?
Why would you lose your turn? Being blinded doesn’t stop you from taking your turn. I’m not aware of any feature that would actually cause someone to lose their turn, actually. Even if they’re incapacitated and can’t actually do anything, they still get their turn, and they still make the saving throw at the end of it.

No, it means at the end of the creature’s turn, even during the same round if the initiative order is conducive.
That's "bind", not "blind" there. And thx for the responses, but I'm still not sure.
I think this is pretty much the same sentence in the stat block for any monster affect on a target where a saving throw might be needed each round, as the affect continues until the target makes a saving throw.
"The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success."
So ending the effect on my next turn is an action? Do I still get Bonus Actions? Reactions? Or can I take a Bonus Action only if I was first in Initiative order?
I guess a Reaction could be triggered, though there are some exceptions (Shield spell). Hmm. Perhaps I'm over thinking. Or the exact opposite. lol
If a spell or effect has you affected by a condition like blinded or paralyzed, then the rules for that condition apply. If you were simply blinded, then you can still take actions, bonus actions and reactions on your turn. If you're paralyzed, that means you're also incapacitated and can't take actions (or bonus actions) or reactions. So once you've taken your actions (or not) on your turn, you end your turn by repeating the saving throw to see if you can save against the effect.
No its not an action, it just happens before your turn end and the next player/NPC goes you make a saving throw. Initiative order Npc1 player 2 player 1 Npc 2
Example NPC 1 goes and case cause fear on player 1 and player 1 misses the save. player 2 attacks and hits NPC 2 player 1 at disadvantage attacks and misses (due to being frighten), then moves and say bonus action does something, Then at the end of this turn the roll another saving throw to try and end the cause fear spell Npc 2 attacks and misses.
Round 2 Npc 1 cast firebolt and misses Player 2 attacks NPC 2 and kills it. Player 1 attacks at disadvantage at NPC 1 and misses again, this time at the end of there turn the make the saving throw and are not not frighten. NPC 2 falls over dead.
So player 1 did not miss there turn its just order of the turn the last thing before NPC 2 goes is Player 1 rolls the save.
Let's give a potential scenario within the span of one (1) turn.
My NPC wizard is Readying an action to Cast Hideous Laughter on the first enemy who gets within 10 feet of her. Your character comes at my wizard on your turn, the Readied action triggers, and you fail the save against the spell. Now your character is prone and incapacitated, and can only move by crawling. You finish your turn, unable to take any actions or bonus actions you didn't already do, but let's say you used your remaining movement to crawl within melee of my wizard. Now it's the end of your turn, and you repeat the saving throw against the spell. This time you succeed! You're no longer incapacitated, but your turn is over, and you're still prone. If my wizard gets to her turn and tries to move away from you, you can still use your reaction to make an opportunity attack against her (at disadvantage because you're prone.)
Edit: Drat I was trying to move that scenario to a separate post... well whatever.
That's "bind", not "blind" there. And thx for the responses, but I'm still not sure.

It isn't an action to roll a save with that wording, like hideous laughter it just happens at the end of your turn. Some spells like web or entangle require you to use your action to try to escape, but they say in the description you have to use an action.
Thanx everyone, now I get where I was getting confused. The Saving Throw roll isn't an action, it just happens. And the examples were especially helpful. I was being far too general about how this would play out. It's how the condition affects the character that determines what happens on successive turns.

Can you take an action or a reaction while stunned? No. Can you move? No again. Can you do much of anything beyond drool as a free action? Again, no. Kinda feels like a lost turn to me ...

No, but
1. You might have a feature that still does something on your turn, like a pet, that will continue to do what it was last commanded to do, or take default actions, even if you cannot act.
2. Stunned is not the only possible case - fear, blindness, charmed are examples that would still let or cause you to do a thing and you'd get a saving throw at the end of your turn.

Initiative order
Npc1
player 2
player 1
Npc 2
Example
NPC 1 goes and case cause fear on player 1 and player 1 misses the save.
player 2 attacks and hits NPC 2
player 1 at disadvantage attacks and misses (due to being frighten), then moves and say bonus action does something, Then at the end of this turn the roll another saving throw to try and end the cause fear spell
Npc 2 attacks and misses.
Round 2
Npc 1 cast firebolt and misses
Player 2 attacks NPC 2 and kills it.
Player 1 attacks at disadvantage at NPC 1 and misses again, this time at the end of there turn the make the saving throw and are not not frighten.
NPC 2 falls over dead.

Stunned. Sleep.
And as Saga said, neither makes you loose your turn.
