Would anyone be interested in finding out the stats of various 2024 PHB rules?
For example, the actual damage-buff of having Heroic Inspiration, how Chromatic Orb scales with spell level, etc?
I was going to do a Twitch livestream where I take your popular requests and find out the actual probabilities of each using Python programming. I can go through any comparisons you want me to go through too!

Got my first set of stats done. This is assuming an Attack Bonus of +10 (stat bonus +4, prof bonus +4, +2 magical item), AC of 18, Saves of +6, DC of 12, a standard crit range (20 only). This considers 1,000,000 iterations so there could be some variability still, but it'll be smaller than 2 decimal places typically.
I am aware that a Fighter with 4 attacks per round will NOT have a proficiency bonus of only 4. This is just meant as a controlled variable. If you want me to throw different assumptions in, feel free to reply to this thread with your request.
A few assumptions were made for this comparison (let me know if you want me to make different assumptions):
1) Targets don't start with any conditions (prone, vexed, etc.)
2) Cleave assumes that there's always a target nearby to Cleave
3) Heroic Inspo prioritizes the Reroll for hits only, unless it's the last attack of the round and there is still an Inspo remaining, in which case it'll be used on the damage roll if possible

- Meanwhile, Graze and Cleave are linearly related to Attacks per Round.
- Highest single-target damaging combination is Heroic Inspo AND Graze Mastery, Greatsword
- Highest 1-round output if all conditions are met is Heroic Inspo AND Cleave Mastery, Greataxe
- Highest non-Mastery weapons with Heroic Inspo are Maul/Greatsword

Yeah, I had to find a balance. I mostly picked the numbers to make anything 8 or higher would be a hit (Attack Bonus +10, AC 18). Do you have a list of variables you want to send me (just see below), that you’d like me to cross-reference?
