I'm new to the game and I'm still learning. I have noticed whenever I make a character Unarmed strike and two weapon fighting are on the character sheet. Why is this? the people I'm playing with are very certain that I shouldn't have it and it's honestly making me feel stupid. So why are they appearing? any Ideas I did not add them and I made my character using the Homebrew on the website. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated
The people you're playing with are wrong. Anyone can make an unarmed strike or use two weapons. There is both a feat and some subclasses that improve two eeapon fighting, but it's not a prerequisite to do it.

Lightning Strike - A rebranded Fire Bolt for Wizards & Sorcerers.
Spirit Bomb - A holy fireball for Clerics, Paladins, & Divine Soul Sorcerers!
Sword Dancer - A Cleric subclass specifically for the Drow goddess Eilistraee.
These are things you can do in combat, not something you added. Chapter 9 - Combat, in the Player's Handbook explains both of these actions in the Making An Attack - Melee Attacks section.
Instead of using a weapon to make a melee weapon attack, you can use an unarmed strike: a punch, kick, head-butt, or similar forceful blow (none of which count as weapons). On a hit, an unarmed strike deals bludgeoning damage equal to 1 + your Strength modifier. You are proficient with your unarmed strikes.
Two-Weapon Fighting
When you take the Attack action and attack with a light melee weapon that you're holding in one hand, you can use a bonus action to attack with a different light melee weapon that you're holding in the other hand. You don't add your ability modifier to the damage of the bonus attack, unless that modifier is negative.
If either weapon has the thrown property, you can throw the weapon, instead of making a melee attack with it.

Unarmed strike and Two-weapon fighting will appear on every character sheet when you make them in DND beyond. If you want to remove Unarmed Strike from your Actions list though, just click it, go to customize and uncheck "display as an attack", that will remove it off your Actions list. Two-weapon fighting, however, will stay in the list of Bonus Actions since anyone can technically do it if they meet the requirements.

Thank you they have seen the light and admitted that this is true.
