Thinking of radioactive elements that could get assigned a dragon, what about Einsteinium? A dragon that instead of hoarding gold and treasure, hoards knowledge, and has regional affects that emit curiosity to seek out this knowledge. Towns near the dragon's lair could suddenly become much further advanced then other areas of the country as they discover new things and make scientific breakthroughs, and the older the dragon gets, the more potent secrets it uncovers. By the time it's Ancient, it could unravel the secrets of the multiverse and cause planar wyrmholes (I'll see myself out) to appear as Lair Actions, and for an Einsteinium Greatwyrm, it could literally uncover knowledge so potent that it can shatter a mortal mind, and only a creature of such age and experience such as itself can deal with such knowledge. Literal localised Far Realm knowledge, right there in your local library, hiding out as a polymorphed book keeper trying to learn how to speak Quipper. Like, imagine going to defeat this dragon, and it's so wise and astute that it practically has a permanent detect thoughts active. You walk in the room, it takes one look at your face and recounts the history of your ancestors. It's literally omnipotent, but just through millennia of study. You go to raid its hoard and it's just a fancy abacus, 30,000 page dictionary, and a house sized chalkboard.
As for appearance, it'd be a soft, silvery metal dragon like the actual element, glowing with raw Brain Power, but part of me wants to give it a wacky Vegapunk-style giant brain as well, or maybe something like the Elder Brain Dragon could be implemented, idk, just an idea! (definitely gonna be using this at somepoint)
You could post this in the Towering Tow of Lore! This is super cool, and I will definitely make a statblock(s) for this.
Polonium dragons could be basically fire dragons, cause it spontaneously heats up to above 932 °F?

ill go first.

Alright, so let's see, we have one that is attributed to being the first evil mortal dragon (Gerena), one who is said to have cursed them(Axbecek), an evil pseudo-deity(Enoch), and obviously, the original creator(Shullaganr).
That means that we need is a good mortal fighting Gerena, someone who either actually cursed them or is trying to remove the curse, and a good Pseudo-Deity.
I'll make a good mortal.
Flaksenerga, a Uranium dragon, has been desperately trying to stop Gerena from expanding her power. He is extremely opposed to evil and sometimes uses means that come across as evil or sinister. For this reason, he is despised by some.
Ferrous Dragons ... would be pretty limited because you would have maybe 3? Not many folks are into metallurgy as I am, so I would expect ferrous dragons would be iron, steel and Stainless (or chromium) Steel. Tungsten, Chromium, Cobalt are not ferrous metals. And why would they be a 4th type not included in Metal Dragons? I could see Ferrous Dragons being Lawful Good, but they would be a subset of Good in that case. As a matter of fact, I am planning on adding steel and Iron Dragons to my world.
There is quite a bit of lore out there already concerning Steel Dragons as a rare type of dragon native to the Forgotten Realms and elsewhere. I suggest some exploration of YouTube and Wiki for inspiration. For example, there are three Steels supposedly connected with Waterdeep, Auntyrlothtor, Jalanvalos, and Quituryte. I think there is also some old lore on Iron Dragons so ferrous dragons do seem to exist in lore.
I'm thinking, maybe there could be some sort of space dragons. We already have solar, lunar, and maaaaybe moonstone, so what other sort of spacey dragons could we come up with?

Oooh, those are good ideas. Maybe not the Quasi-moon Dragon though, since Quasi-moons are, as far as I remember, really just asteroids

I have no clue if this thread is still an open thought but I stumbled upon it, and after reading I thought I might share an idea.
An Oganesson (heaviest metal to ever exist on earth as of yet) dragon with its main focus being gravity magic and such. It would most likely have a force breath weapon and maybe some innate spells, but I think some kind of increased gravity aura would make for an interesting ability. It would also make sense to have it explode after death (due to being such an unstable element in actuality).
Sorry if this is too late to be helpful, but I thought it was interesting.
I get that everyone's excited about these emitter dragons, but . ...
Didn't we already have FEY Dragons for the chaotic reference point?
As far as I’m aware, there is only one type of fey dragon, that being the Faerie Dragon so I don’t know if that counts. But I could be wrong.
WBTW introduced the jabberwocky, but neither it or the faerie dragon are TRUE dragons.
