Wanted to make him look like that:: Dont own Picture
What do you mean by "what would the build look like"? Are do you mean class/race, or what? As for how to make their backstory, that's up to you. After all, it's your character. I do have some things to consider, however. How did they get to the material plane? Why are they aiding whatever party they're in? Also, why do they look human when they're a half breed between two non humanoid fiends?
Also, tone down the question marks, please :)

How would you build a Tiefling from a Demon Lord??
Tanar'ri blooded Tieflings
If you're open to homebrew, I have relatively balanced Demonic Tiefling variant. If not, I would suggest reflavoring a mundane tiefling to make it Abyssal.
All stars fade. Some stars forever fall. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Homebrew (Mostly Outdated):Magic Items,Monsters,Spells,Subclasses ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If there was no light, people wouldn't fear the dark.
How would you build a Tiefling from a Demon Lord??
Tanar'ri blooded Tieflings
I would agree with Thauraeln's suggestion about reflavoring the standard tiefling, so that it more closely fits with the particular Demon Lord (or other tanar'ri) that sired its bloodline. You can pretty easily swap out things like Hellish Resistance and Infernal Legacy for similar abilities that would make the individual tiefling more inline with its demonic progenitor.
I currently have a player in one of my campaigns, who wanted a tiefling that was descended from Orcus (versus an archdevil). So, to better capture that feel, we swapped out the standard tiefling Infernal Legacy spells for chill touch, hex, and ray of enfeeblement instead. Just used some different innate spells, but these more "necromantic" spells makes the character feel more Orcus related.

Like Demogorgon, Orcus, Malcanthet, Dagon or Oublivae,
Previously gave an example of one of my players having an Orcus descended tiefling, so I thought that I'd play around with the concept of what a Demogorgon legacy might look like. For that, I would swap out the Hellish Resistance and Infernal Legacy for the following:
Bastion of Madness. You gain resistance to psychic damage, and you have advantage on saving throws against being charmed or frightened.
Legacy of Demogorgon. You know the vicious mockery cantrip. When you reach 3rd level, you can cast Tasha's Hideous Laughter spell once with this trait and regain the ability to do so when you finish a long rest. When you reach 5th level, you can cast Crown of Madness spell once with this trait and regain the ability to do so when you finish a long rest. Charisma is your spellcasting ability for these spells.
The legacy aspect is fairly straightforward, since we're just substituting equally leveled spells out for the standard tiefling spells. I went with these particular choices, since they reflect the insanity that goes along with Demogorgon's dual-minded madness. The resistance change from fire to psychic felt right with the Demogorgon craziness, but it felt a little bit weak (i.e., psychic damage is fairly rare compared to fire). Adding the advantage to charmed and frightened seemed to an appropriate balance to me, which also meshes with Demogorgon being hard to sway with his two insane heads.
Anyway, I'm sure everybody has their own ideas and interpretations, but my hope is that this example helps promote some thoughts of your own.

Derp! Yes, Pug, you are correct. Not sure why some of the names had added the "n" to it while others in the same post were correctly written as Demogorgon.
Suppose that I spent a little too much time starring at that symbol... And reality started to blur... And my mind drifted... *begins drooling and babbling incoherently*

No problems with Homebrew. Use it often myself in Aasimar variations
Okay, here it is:
Variant: Demonic Tiefling While most tieflings are descended from devils, some are infused with the corruptive power of the Abyss. Since demons don't reproduce naturally, demonic tieflings often get their powers in unusual ways. A demonic tiefling could have been exposed to the destructive influence of a demon lord, been tainted with the blood of a demon, or have been inside the Abyss itself. Like other tieflings, a demonic tiefling could also be a descendant of a being exposed to these powers.
Demonic Tiefling Traits The following traits replace the tiefling's Ability Score Increase, Hellish Resistance, Infernal Legacy, and Languages traits given in the Player's Handbook.
Ability Score Increase
Your Charisma score increases by 2, and your Constitution score increases by 1.
Abyssal Legacy
You know your choice of the acid splash, fire bolt, lightning lure, or ray of frost cantrips. When you reach 3rd level, you can cast the chromatic orb spell as a 2nd-level spell once with this trait and regain the ability to do so when you finish a long rest. When you reach 5th level, you can cast the alter self spell once with this trait and regain the ability to do so when you finish a long rest. Charisma is your spellcasting ability for these spells.
Demonic Resistance
You have resistance to your choice of acid, cold, fire, or lighting damage.
Languages
You can speak, read, and write Common and Abyssal.
For Malcanthet, who is the proverbial Succubus Queen, I would probably swap out the Hellish Resistance and Infernal Legacy for something along the lines of the following:
Fiendish Cunning. You have advantage on all Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma saving throws against magic.
Legacy of Malcanthet. You know the minor illusion cantrip. When you reach 3rd level, you can cast Charm Person spell as a 2nd-level spell once with this trait and regain the ability to do so when you finish a long rest. When you reach 5th level, you can cast Detect Thoughts spell once with this trait and regain the ability to do so when you finish a long rest. Charisma is your spellcasting ability for these spells.
Again, the legacy aspect of the build is fairly straightforward, as we've just swapped out the spells for fairly equivalent alternatives. I picked these particular spells to be in line with the succubus concept of deception (i.e., minor illusion) and seduction (i.e., charm person). The detect thoughts spell felt like a nice addition to the other two, since the tiefling would be more likely to truly know what a person thinks and/or desires.
The fiendish cunning aspect is basically just taking the gnome's racial ability in place of the fire resistance. A succubus typically being a more subtle creature, it felt more appropriate to have a more subtle protection versus fire resistance. The tiefling would have advantage against incoming zone of truth spells or other spells like charm person or suggestion.
Very cool, Thauraeln! I actually made an extremely similar version for an abishai-type of tiefling (i.e., Tiamat descendant). Also used chromatic orb and alter self for the tiefling to have the ability to harness the various elemental powers as well as temporarily gain some draconic abilities. Kept the cantrip as thaumaturgy, since I wanted to keep the versatility for the cantrip... Plus, the thaumaturgy effects felt like things that Tiamat would want (e.g., glowing eyes, loud voice/roar, etc.).
Anything to the Relationship between the Demon Lord and the Tiefling??
Not sure if I completely follow your question. Do you mean what sort of relationship would I create between Malcanthet and the tiefling variant that I proposed?
I hadn't really given that piece very much thought, since it seemed like a lot of that would vary quite a bit between individual tieflings (and potential players designing their character's background stories). If you're looking for help in fleshing out how Malcanthet created her own tiefling lineage on a broader scale, then let me know. I can help contribute to filling out those details if needed.

I mean the Build for a Cambion and mortal parent goes to Abyss a Bard for backstrory
Can't find it online
There's no official Cambion race. The closest thing you'll get is a tiefling.

Good advice here. If you don't know what spells would be thematic, I would recommend switching hellish rebuke to chromatic orb and darkness to crown of madness.

Demongorgon? I'm pretty sure it's spelled Demogorgon.
