Hello, a friend of mine really wanted to get the healing spirit (lvl2) spell, but he is not that interested in rolling a druid or ranger. I told him about the bards magical secrets, but is there any more ways except for these?

There are no additional spell lists that have healing spirit, and feats can only get cantrips, level 1 spells, and rituals from other classes. That leaves bard magical secrets.
As others have said, Ranger, Druid, and Bard are the only ways to get Healing Spirit. A 3 level dip in druid will be the fastest way to get it if you don't want to main class one of those. Ranger takes 6, and Bard takes at least 6 (Lore Bard). Those options might make more sense depending on the build. It's a reasonably significant investment regardless.
They only get access to the cleric spell list. No Healing Spirit.
Oops. I thought Cleric got it.

If homebrewing or houseruling is happening, maybe if they took the Magic Initiate feat twice you could let them pick a second level spell on the second one. Then the problem is the player has to wait for ASI levels
I agree with ratwhowouldbeking, I think a custom magic item is the way to go

So.... he just wants a spell but doesn't want the background reasoning? Did he explain why his character should just...have the spell? Does that matter? If you're the DM and are cool with it, then just give it to him and go on with life. No point in trying to reason it into existence.
He is pretty new to roleplaying. It is alot of things I myself do not know about DnD, that is why I asked here. I will recommend him to go bard, druid and ranger gets the spell faster but I suspect that he would like playing bard better.

Just remember to tell him that Lore bard can get it at 6 while all other bards get their first magical secrets at 10 (unless I'm missing another subclass that gets magical secrets earlier).
Another option for some efficient "healing" if feats are available would be Inspiring Leader. It gives the character level + charisma modifier temporary HP per short rest for 6 creatures within 30 ft for a 10 minute pop talk. At level 4 with a +3 charisma modifier, that's 7 hit points for 6 creatures=42 HP. It doesn't cost anything except for time after the feat is taken. That's essentially another level of average HP for every class, and 2 for the d6s not factoring in con modifiers.
Thank you for the advise! I think he wants the healing spirit spell as he saw a youtube vidoe about "conga line healing" with it between fights, and thought it was extreamly funny.

Ahh... so they want it for all of the wrong reasons.

You don't know what fear is until you've witnessed a drunk bird divebombing you while carrying a screaming Kobold throwing fire anywhere and everywhere.
Using a spell to its full potential is no better or worse than under-using it. If he got excited about healing optimization, he might also be interested in playing a Life Cleric with Goodberry, and/or possibly being a Circle of the Shepard Druid with the Unicorn Totem. Life Cleric/Shepard Druid with Goodberry, Healing Spirit, Unicorn Totem, Inspiring Leader, etc etc... there's some powerful ways to optimize healing, and I for one think that a player that wants to do that instead of optimizing AC or damage should be encouraged, not many players get excited by being the best team player possible.

I agree with this whole heartedly, particularly if it optimizes fun for the player AND for the group. It's probably better for a group that is experienced with D&D and with each other, but even an inexperienced DM can turn a TPK into a prisoner situation if they over-tuned an encounter.
I don't mind Sigred's comment on it either, since it does let people know that the conga line of healing is looked down upon among certain members of the community. This should inform any readers that they need to broach the topic with their DM to see how it will be handled. Nothing worse than optimizing for something that won't matter because of a DM ruling.
If he gets healing spirit and says its because he thinks its funny the mental image of conga lining through it, then every time he uses it out of combat make him and the other players role play a conga line for 1 minute (or until character is healed). Sod it you may as well all have fun, and if he plays a bard have him convince the other players that this is the only way the spell works!

Lol because he's playing a bard and using music to cast the spell, they're compelled to conga line! That's funny.

How does a Sorcerer get Healing Spirit? Druid/Ranger/Bard are the only ways I see to get access to it.
They only get access to the cleric spell list. No Healing Spirit.

Custom magical item would be one way, depending on how nice the DM is.
Even a blind squirrel finds a nut once in awhile.
This is true. If we're going homebrew, it could just be added to any of the spell lists, too.
Oops. I thought Cleric got it.

To the dismay of every player and the relief of every DM, they do not.

I'm going to make this way harder than it needs to be.
