Trying to create a character concept that can use elven accuracy to give itself so I was thinking of creating a Shadar Kai due to the amazing mobility of Shadow Jaunt:
As a bonus action, you move like a wraith and teleport up to 15 feet to an unoccupied space you can see. You regain the ability to do so when you finish a short or long rest.
Unsure how good Elven accuracy with the Fighting Spirit of the Samurai archetype is due to its limited uses of Fighting Spirit (3/long rest).
Because of picking the Shadar Kai I want it to be more of a DEX fighter with a rapier. (Unsure if there's two handed finesse weapons, but I am pretty sure they don't exist).
Do you guys think there's a better way of using Elven Accuracy that doesn't rely on a Longbow ?
Double bladed scimitar out of the ebberon content is 2 handed finesse if you take the revenant blade feat. Weapon is 2d4 with a 1d4 bonus action attack.
Feat upgrades bonus action attack to 2d4, makes weapon finesse and gives 1ac and a plus one to STR or dex

Fighting Spirit works best if you pair it with Action Surge. With 2 short rests you can use it 3 times a day, just like Fighting Spirit.

If you pick up the Grappler feat and successfully grapple an opponent, you'll have advantage on your rapier attacks. You could do that without the feat by also shoving the target prone, but that requires giving up 2 attacks and can be inconvenient for ranged attackers.

You might want to consider getting a means of a familiar/companion for example the magic initiate feat and get the Find Familiar spell to have your familiar use its 'Help' action to give you advantage. You could also multiclass into Ranger Revised (Beast Master) for this but this takes 3 levels although these animal companions are slightly better than a familiar. But both of these are IMO a more solid way of getting your advantages,
By doing this you could even drop Samurai all together and go Champion for Improved Critical, which works really well with Elven Accuracy, Also I wouldn;t recommend grappler since you run a DEX build and Grappler requires 13 STR and relies on Athletics checks (Grappling Checks are always STR checks and can be contested either by STR or DEX) Grappler in itself is a bit of a trap feat too, you could just shove an opponent and knock it prone for free advantage with the same effort, instead of 'wasting' a feat and grapling the opponent for the same effect. The only difference being that in a grapple the creature's speed is 0. The secondary effect of Grappler is really bad IMO too since your opponent AND yourself are restrained.
Other options would be Shield Master for the Bonus shove, but again this is an athletics check.
We have a Samurai with Elven Accuracy in our game and it seems sort of overpowered as she in practice rolls 3 d20 to hit when using it. Plus at 10th level you regain a use of Fighting Spirit at 10th level with Tireless Spirit so you get to use it every new battle.
Any means to get inproved invisibility works well. As a gloomstalker I have great fun with in in darkness, as I am always invisible there.
the assassin subclass gets you a good chance of using this every beginning of combat too.
As a straight up fighter one could also try for a battlemaster with trip attack, as it puts people prone giving consecutive attacks advantage. Works wonders in groups. The horror meeting a troup of elven battlemasters...
