I'm well aware that fulfilling this request will need to wait until a homebrew revamp, that said revamp is likely a long ways away, and that even then nothing is guaranteed.
That said, I would like to see more flexibility in the resistances section of the builder. Today I was homebrewing a 3rd party monster (for my private use only). Said monster had resistance to piercing and slashing damage from non-magical attacks. The closest I could come was "Piercing and Slashing from Nonmagical Attacks that aren't Adamantine." I can manage with just remembering that the adamantine reference does not apply, but it would be really nice not to have to do that. Looking through the list, it's clear to me that the only things on the list are things and combinations of things that already appear in official published works. I know why that is, but it is another pinch point for homebrewers.

Agreed that it would be nice if they just listed resistance to nonmagical B, P, S separately. Then you could chose which you want.
In your case, would it ruin the creature to be more vulnerable to adamantine weapons? How common are they in your world?
Adamantine weapons count as magical, so a creature with non-magical attack resistance should still be vulnerable to it.
Presumably there is some difference, because there is an entry for "bludgeoning, piercing and slashing damage from nonmagical attacks" that does not mention adamantine at all.

It's not a big deal, actually; I don't think anyone in the party has adamantine weapons, so for the purpose of this encounter, it's essentially moot. And even if they did, I don't think it would be a problem to allow adamantine to count as magical for these purposes. At this point, at least, the monster is unique; I don't have the time or the skill set to homebrew an entire campaign, so I rely heavily on published one shots that I adapt and string together. This monster is from one of those.
But, it did bother me a bit I couldn't choose precisely the resistances I wanted/the monster listed, and I can see how that would be a pinch point for other folks using the homebrew tools.

Looked deeper and while adamantine weapons have unique properties, they aren't magical, it's more that the material is super dense which results in them being able to smash rocks. The things that have resistance to non-magical but not adamantine are generally rock based entities like gargoyles. So a creature like a ghost would be resistant to all non-magical weapons, while a golem is resistant to non-magical minus adamantine.
So adamantine can be useful but only in limited circumstances.

Only adamantine armor is on the list of magical items, not weapons.
Meaning a non-enchanted adamantine weapon would work.
