Foolish me that I was two days ago suggested to my friends ‘let’s have a lvl 20 duel! ‘ they were all on board and I set some rules ( 1 boon, 3 items, lvl 20... ) and the arena is a 50 x 50 sand and stone room with a domed roof. I asked my friends for their character sheets and when I saw that my friend didn’t take a weapon, but is a tabaxi monk, I got worried. I asked him what his plan was and why he had taken boon of speed ( not sure of the name ) and charger and mobile feat ( I hadent placed the puzzle pieces in my mind yet ). He explained that he wanted to use a spiked poison armor ( that I allowed beforehand )to ram into people, run away, and do it again, he said that since it wasn’t his fault the spikes on his armor were bashing his enemies skull into the wall, it couldn’t be counted as an attack, and he can thus do it (( his speed ) divided by (10 + 10 for charger feat back and forth)) times. And keep in mind he is a tabaxi monk. Does this work? If so, how much damage should it do every time? The duel is tonight, so if you are answering after 9 hours of this thread’s creation, your input is still appreciated, but it’ll be too late.
If he's wearing armor, he doesn't get the monk movement speed bonus.
Charger lets you get a bonus to damage on an attack or distance on a shove, you still have to successfully make the attack or shove.
Hitting people with your spiked armor is a str based attack that does 1d4 piercing (plus any poison).
It bears mentioning that if you decide to have damage based on him moving faster than normal into a body slam, both parties involved should take the extra damage.
Your friend has gotten 5E physics backwards. If he wants to murder people with physics unarmed based on speed, he needs flight and to be good at grappling (this is easy as e.g. an astral monk winged tiefling). Then he grabs enemies, flies straight up, lets go, and waits.
This set me thinking a monk could be a very good option for a high level duel. Invisible and resistant to all damage but force damage along with proficiency in all saving throws (and the ability to reroll on a fail) makes monks pretty good defensively and even if the opponent is proficient in con there would be about a 50% chance each stunning strike hits home. With multiople strikes it is very likely the monk can stunlock the opponent. Though as others have said your friends concept doesn't work, you can not get an attack without using an action (or bonus action is some circumstances)
A level 20 tabaxi monk has 60 base movement, plus 30 from the boon. With a BA dash from the boon that’s 180, doubled to 360 with the cat’s agility ability. Without other boosts to speed, that’s 40 mph. What other speed boosts is he taking to get to 300mph?
Also, wearing armor would cut the base sped by 30 feet, so that lowers speed by 33% for this build.

That's... not how any of this works. You can't just make up a way to damage people that isn't an attack, and assert you can do it infinity times because of the properties of your imaginary non-attack. Dealing damage to someone, even with spiked armor, is an attack. Shoving someone is an attack.
Now if he wants to Polymorph or Wild Shape into some kind of beast that has a trample attack, he can kind of do this. But it's not going to be what he's trying to achieve.

I would imagine he's also dashing for his action (since he doesn't think he needs to use it to attack) and using boots of speed, also he has the mobile feat. This would net 100ft base movement, tripled for double dashing, doubled for tabaxi and doubled again for the boots. This would put it at about 135mph, which leads me to believe that he also has a way of getting haste, which would double his speed again and give him another action to use to dash.
I really hope someone has sentinel. He can race up running like the Flash and his opponent just drops him with one well placed blow. He looks up dazed into the grinning face of the hulking barbarian who raises the great axe over his head...

.... if there’s more than 1 opponent what is stopping another opponent from setting up some small strings nearby or an immovable rod and concealing it somehow. To where essentially this “flash” character just runs through a wire and decapitates himself?

Mobile prevents that if he gets a melee attack off before the OA, which he isn't planning on doing but would need to do.
How to explain... We’re a bunch of morons just messing around with a game we discovered a while ago and when I wrote 300m/h, I had in no way calculated the exact speed at which he was going. But 40miles per hour is still an impressive speed

Watch me on twitch
I'd like to point out that one character who knows Levitate completely shuts this build down.
Find your own truth, choose your enemies carefully, and never deal with a dragon.
"Canon" is what's factual to D&D lore. "Cannon" is what you're going to be shot with if you keep getting the word wrong.
