Here are some art and the name of the character I am making.
The image and the name are all the other players will get about her in the beginning. They, and by extension, their characters, will be left to draw conclusions based solely on those two things; her name and how she looks.
I want to know if she feels right for the kind of character that I want to play. We won't be playing on here, I am just using the character creator, so it's okay for you all to guess.
Nuala Festus qizi Ila (Nuala, child of Festus, daughter of Ila).
Based on these two things, what kind of character is she?
You can all give as much detail as you want; as I am only using the character creator and won’t be playing on DDB.
Also, one last bit of information: she worships Silvanus in all his forms, but specifically the Horned Hunter.
Who do you think she is and how would you describe her?

I am a complete nerd who loves role-playing all his favourite characters inspired by various forms of nerdy media, including but not limited to science fiction, science fantasy, anime and manga. I love elves, high fantasy stories and magical cat boys. I also like broken worlds and cyberpunk.
I'm getting mysterious family drama/trauma; I'm getting grand elven melancholy; I'm getting "lives in the woods and has magic." A character who is very self-serious and might become unsatisfying to play if not given the desired gravitas by others. Possibly has a destiny or expected role to play in some kind of event and she's conflicted about it. Good chance this is deeply entwined with the trauma. Unlikely to have any personal connections in the world, aside from their distant and BBEG-like relatives.
Her expression in this portrait says to me apprehensiveness; melancholy; keeper of many secrets; someone with this gamine appearance may even seem curious if approached carefully.
The ornaments in her hair suggests vanity; maybe even a level of unshakable confidence or royalty.
What she has to offer to a party of adventurers is anyone's guess.
What a party of adventurers has to offer her is another matter that may need exploration.
Likely some kind or Barbarian or at-least here name implies tribal in nature as it talks about family links rather than position, the hair/neck ornaments add some weight to that nature. There is some defiance in the eyes there that feels like it fuels a hidden or feared internal anger (the slight raise of the lip adds a brewing feralness). Given the solid shoulders and neck musculature hints at the strength of them also adding weight to being a Barbarian (or burly species).
All that could also apply to a moon druid or similar role too.
... The image and the name are all the other players will get about her in the beginning. ...
Nuala Festus qizi Ila (Nuala, child of Festus, daughter of Ila).
...
First I'm not sure other players will be much bothered unless questioned. They might otherwise just say, "you don't want to say, fine, let's get on with the adventure".
The name indicates family connection and perhaps a background as a noble. But why the heck would a noble go off with potential strangers (who didn't know who she was) to go adventuring. Perhaps an inheritor background might fit.
I'd think that dwarves would typically have shorter necks and think she's probably a human gifted with a moderately pronounced nasal feature.
The name reference to family could also indicate something in her bloodline and maybe it's a family gifted with wizardly aptitude of sorcerous gifts. I'd like to say draconic bloodline if the colour scheme veered more into red or to blue. She looks like she's on the brink of polymorphing a victim into a ~frog or is ~about to exert mind control. Otherwise Circle of Wildfire Druid might fit. I'm going to port away and watch you burn.

Very much this. Asking "what kind of character is this" is rather pointless since you will get a myriad of answers and chances are none of them will be what you players will give you as an answer.
You want to use this picture for your character? Go right ahead. Do you want your players' opinion on the picture. Ask your players instead of rnadom strangers on the interwebz who don't know you nor your fellow players.
Nuala is a half-elf. She is the daughter of a Human Noble Prince (perhaps with some halfling ancestry in the distant past, accounting for her larger-than-average nose) and an Elf, the daughter of the tribe elder and leader of one of the more dominant tribes of Elves in the forest. She was supposed to finally bring peace between the Elves of Cormanthor and the Humans by acting as an ambassador who could speak on behalf of both sides and as a bridge between the two races.
She had a grand destiny before her, and much was expected of her - before she was even born, she carried the hopes of two races upon her shoulders. However, everything ended when her father's uncle, hungry for war and glory, plotted to murder her mother before she could give birth to “that abomination”. Fortunately for Nuala, a fairy playing in the garden overheard the conspirators plotting and risked her own life to inform Ila what they had planned. Heavily pregnant, Ila fled back into the forest to seek the protection of her people, pursued by the conspirators who had witnessed her leaving, who in turn were followed by Nuala’s father, intent on stopping the murder of his wife.
Being an Elf, Ila was swift on foot, but she was also heavily pregnant, and the extra weight and effort slowed her down. She could hear her enemy gaining on her, and in her desperation, she asked the forest for help, and Silvanus answered. First, as the Young Strider, as he held her pursuers at bay, then as the Horned Hunter, as he guided her to safety, and finally, as the Old Father, who watched over her and her child. When her would-be murderers finally found them, the forest had grown so wild and thick around the hiding place that no sword or spear or arrow could penetrate it, and no fire could burn it. After days of trying, they gave up. They might not be able to get to Ila and her child as Silvanus protected them, but they could have the father and, upon him, enacted revenge.
When Nuala was born, Ila gave her the name of her father in honour of him, for despite being a Human, Festus was a kind and most honourable man, and soon after, the sprites of the forest gave her the last part of her name, qizi Ila - daughter of Ila. As Nuala grew up, she made friends with many of the sprites and fairies who shared her home, and they taught her how to unlock the magic of her ancestors, how to control the forest, how to feel and manipulate its ancient heart and became allies with the creatures therein, and over time, she became inexorably bound to them, viewing them and the forest as her kin.
No one can escape destiny, however, and eventually, fate caught up with her as events of the past came crashing into the present, bringing her face-to-face with a legacy long forgotten.
Nuala must choose between who she was meant to be, and who she has become, but it is not an easy choice for her. In fact, it's a choice that she doesn't want to make, and so to avoid making it, although it pains her to leave her home, she joins a band of adventures, on the pretext of leading them through the forest safely - in reality however, she is running away in the hopes of leaving it all behind her.

You better check in with your DM to make sure that half elves aren't super common and accepted in the world, lol. Or at least, if they are, that your two background cultures somehow haven't caught up with the times.
Trying to run from destiny is a great starting motivation. Having this particular destiny chase you feels a little difficult though.

Human Druid.
She's from an island type setting - like Ireland - chalk full of lots of lore, ancient Druid circles.
Her fair skin shows that the island is frequently rained upon with little sunlight.
This creates for lush green lands and forests.
She and her fellow Druids and Rangers (and other classes) are often defending the lands from others who come to seek some of the exotic plants and trees that grow on the island that are known for some of their magical properties and/or used for various potions.

Based on the size of that schnozz I'm actually going to say Dwarf or Halfling. But +1 to Druid based on the ornaments and wildness of the hair.
EDIT: Forest Gnome works too
And her parents always told her, "If you wildshape into a rhinoceros too often, your face will stick like that!", but did she listen? Noooo!
Anzio Faro. Protector Aasimar light cleric. Lvl 18.
Viktor Gavriil. White dragonborn grave cleric. Lvl 20.

Gloom Stalker or Fey Wanderer Ranger, maybe half elven or half orc heritage.
You're Alloy from the Horizon: Zero Dawn franchise. That would make the character a hunter or beast master Ranger or an archery focused fighter.
