I’m new to D&D Beyond and trying to lean how I can use it to enhance my game at the table. I have a few questions.
Is there a way to add monsters and players into a list for encounters?
i see “player” versions of art and maps in the book I bought but I can’t figure out how to share those with players. How do you do it?
i have the Master Subscription to share content with my players but I don’t allow all those races. How can I limit the choices available in my campaign?
Also for backgrounds. I would like a set list of backgrounds available, is that possible?
so, to share maps or artwork from purchased books, you can create a campaign in "My Content" section, your players can join it, and then you can post the image in the Public notes section.
Currently, a combat tracker is not available and it is not possible to limit the shared content (it is all-in, although this may change in the future).
Thanks for the replies Filcat & Kabalistus. It looks like there is a lot planned but few actual implemented features so far, which is fine.
Here's another question: Is there a way to store party loot? It would be great if with the click of a button, a hoard of coins could be divided among all members of a party.
@Squire do you play in person or online? Even if you play in person, a lot of what you want to do can be accomplished with a Virtual Table Top (VTT) like Roll 20.

"Orcs are savage raiders and pillagers with stooped postures, low foreheads, and piggish faces with prominent lower canines that resemble tusks." MM p245 (original printing) You don't OWN your books on DDB: WotC can change them any time. What do you think will happen when OneD&D comes out?

No, there is no party inventory, at least not at this moment.

Feats - Hermit Crab & Superhero Landing
Item - Alertness & Skeleton Key
I guess what would be helpful for Noobs like me is a manual, guide, or turtorial.

There is a chrome extension to track monster's HP here.
Also there is another one that helps a bunch on the rolls here.
And I cast Heroism on the community.
