First, new familiar options. You can now take a gelatinous cube, statted as an Oblex Spawn.
More importantly, some of the rules for Class Feature Variants have been revealed. Proficiency versatility, which allows you to swap proficiencies, Spell varsatility and Matial versatility have all been confirmed. Martial versatility lets you swap your fighting style, and adds four new options: Blind fighting, Interception, Thrown Weapon fighting, and Unarmed fighting. In addition, each class will also get new feature variants.
Finally, psionics. They are going to be spell based, and two of these spells have been revealed. Tasha's Mind Whip allows you to deal damage and control a creature, and Mind SLiver allows you to shoot a purple beam out of your head.
What do you think of these reveals? DO you like them? Hate them? Worried about the inevitable psionics flame war? (Please don't start one.)
All seem like really good options., especially the expanded Fighting Styles. Definitely excited to see this released!

Are the new familiar options restricted to the chain warlock, or are can anyone with the spell use them? Also, are these new familiars from Tasha's cauldron?
I am meh about psionic spells, but I am super excited that Unarmed Fighting Style is making it into the book. Making a Strength based brawler has been high on my list of characters that I want to play for several years now.

I'm not really sure what the new familiar option actually is. I think it might be an Adventurers League reward. I do think that Oblex Spawn, Gazer, and a lot of other low CR tiny creatures should be allowed for a chain warlock to take.

A fool pulls the leaves. A brute chops the trunk. A sage digs the roots.
I can definitely make use out of some of this (not the psionics). The CFV looks great, though I honestly don't care about the barbarian that much. The familiar options seem strange, powerful, but possibly useful for a villain in my campaigns. Some of the fighting styles can be used by my campaign's characters now, as well as the homebrew gish class I'm making.

We didn't start the flame war...
it was always burning, since the Psion yearning.

And so now we miss it.

I will be looking forward to these additional Fighting Styles...
I'm feeling like:
Blind Fighting for Monks (leans into their instinctual, spiritual martial arts...incredibly good for Shadow Monks).
Thrown Weapon Fighting for a Rogue / Fighter multiclass.
Unarmed Fighting for Paladin...smiting fists? Yes, please.
