I'm creating a subclass for a cleric, but i am having a little difficulty with one of the features. One of the features gives the player access to spells but for the 1st two spells the subclass provides both at 1st level is seen as a choice in the character builder even though it also provides both spells as prepared as i wanted in the character sheet. Any ideas what i did wrong to make it show up as a choice in the builder. I selected add a class feature, put the details in for the feature. add spell (each spell is in a separate addition), In spell I selected the spell to add, yes to consumes spell slots, no to counts as spells known, yes to always prepared, and put in 1 for available at character level, then save, and did the same with the other spells.
Wait a minute. I’m not entirely sure I understood you correctly. You attached the spells intending for them to be normal “always prepared” spells, but those two spells are each showing up on the character sheet twice, once as a normal spell they can cast with slots that is always prepared, and a second time that they can cast specifically at 1st-level with (I’m assuming) a single limited use per long rest. Is that correct?
If that is correct, then I have a few questions so I can best help you:
How exactly did you program the spells when you added them to the feature? I mean exactly? If you can include a screenshot that would be most helpful. (If you don’t know how to embed an image on this site you can learn how here.)
What spells are they that you attached?
Can you please post a link to your test character so I can observe the behavior first hand? (Post the actual URL, not a link to the PDF or the “share” link please. And also please be sure to set the character to “public” as well.)
Can you please copy/paste the description for that feature that adds the spells? That’ll help me better understand what you intend for the feature and how you expect it to perform.
If I misunderstood you before, then I’m sorry. And would you please possibly explain it again so I can better understand you?
Sorry I didn't explain it properly :(. Both spells appear on the character sheet appropriately. It is only when creating a character in the manage character section that where the feature appears to request selection of the spell, I hope that is a bit more understandable. The steps i took were add class feature, add a spell, under spell, I placed the spell in individually, I ensure consumes spell slot is yes, counts as known spell is no, always prepared is yes, and added the available at character level. Stat modifier operator and proficiency bonus operator are both set as + (addition), then save, from there I add the additional spells separately in the same matter but change the at character level to the level applicable for the spell.

Let me know if you need any more detail.
Update: It seems I have fixed the problem unknowingly. But thank you for the help.
