What does Ranged Weapon Modifier do? does it increase the range of a ranged weapon? eg. 80/240 hunting rifle. - 100/260 if I add a set value equal to 20? Or does it apply to all ranged weapons? Unless I specifically put it on a weapon and not on a race or a subclass feature?
There are multiple modifiers that have to do with ranged weapons. What homebrew type is this on - item? feat? Is it a subtype of modifier, then what modifier type (Bonus, Damage, etc.)? Is it the modifier "Ranged Weapon Attack" for magic weapons?

Okay, what exactly do the "Modifier Type" and "Modifier Subtype" dropdown boxes say?
Edit: Ahh okay, "Weapon Attack Range Multiplier". I believe it's meant to multiply the range of a weapon, where if you have 2, then it would double the range, like a dagger with range (20/60) would be range (40/120). It didn't work when I used it for a dagger that way, though...
It might work if you were a DDB Dev with Admin access, but for us homebrewers with only User privileges, there is nothing we can do to alter the base damage or range of any weapon.
Very disappointing to be excited to use the homebrew creator only to realize that it is a half finished dumpster fire almost 5 years after release. It's almost like DDB sat a bunch of monkeys in a room and opened python.
