You can remove the undesired homebrew from Your homebrew collection and it will no longer be available for players, but the characters that already have that homebrew on their sheets will still keep them.
but doesnt that permanently delete them if not shared? Or will I still have access to said spells and feats if I remove them, incase I need to edit them or want to add them to another campaign?
No, that won’t permanently delete them. If you edit them later they will still even update on any character that already has them on their sheet. And if you want to add it to another character later you can simply add it back to your collection, add it to the character and then remove it from your collection again.
If you're adding homebrew items that others have created, then you may want to save them as bookmarks in your browser (or copy/paste the URLs somewhere you keep D&D notes), this way you can remove them from your homebrew collection and still get back to them quickly when you want to re-add them.
It's a bit of a pain but the best we can do for now; people have been asking for per campaign collections for a while now.
Former D&D Beyond Customer of six years: With the axing of piecemeal purchasing, lack of meaningful development, and toxic moderation the site isn't worth paying for anymore. I remain a free user only until my groups are done migrating from DDB, and if necessary D&D, after which I'm done. There are better systems owned by better companies out there.
I have unsubscribed from all topics and will not reply to messages. My homebrew is now 100% unsupported.
Basically what the tile says, but more specifically is there a way to like 'deactivate' specific homebrew stuff.
I have 1 campaign that has unlocked some homebrew spells or feats but I don't want them available to everyone or even in other campaigns?
If not it would be great to be able to deactivate homebrew content that actively gets shown in character options (like races, spells or feats)...

Your homebrew creations is everything you’ve made, and you an even recover deleted homebrews there. Your homebrewed collection is what’s available to your players.
