I'm looking to see if anyone has bothered to make stat-blocks for the Waterdeep Urchins (Nat, Jenks, and Squiddly). I've got a plan to let my players do a little one-shot with them and I can't seem to find any official stats for them even though the Waffle Crew at Dice, Camera, Action seem to use the kids all the time as sort of sub-characters.
If nobody has done it yet, how would you stat them out? I figure they'd be at least 1/4 CR kids (similar in strength to level 1 characters, but with less in the way of class features). Nat's the groups "Fighter" while Squiddly seems to be their "Rogue" and Jenks is the "Mage." If I had to make them myself I'd try to limit Jenks to cantrips and maybe give each kid a re-flavored Reversal of Fortune ability from the Nilbolg.
Reversal of Fortune. In response to another creature dealing damage to the nilbog, the nilbog reduces the damage to 0 and regains 1d6 hit points.
Maybe call it "But I'm a kid!"

Squiddly’s statblock has a minor problem. His inspire ability requires the target to see and hear him, which means Nat is unable to get its effects. It should be changed to requring the target to sharing a language with him which would fix it.
Otherwise the statblocks are really great and well designed.

Eh, I got bored and just made them.
EDIT: And here's the doll.
You are a life saver. Last minute prep and this post came through for me. Thanks!
This is so helpful. I'm planning to have a joke boss fight against these guys.

As “Small” humanoids their hit dice should be d6s, not d8s.
