After creating the Basic Information it states that is similar to the Circle of Spores and i can't seem to find why, can someone take a look and help me find the reason for this?

This homebrew Subclass has data mapped to it that is licensed content or private homebrew. This typically occurs when licensed or private homebrew spells are linked to the Subclass.
College of Harmonic Sounds is currently too similar to Circle of Spores to share with the community.
This homebrew Subclass does not have the necessary class features with the correct required levels.
Remember, private homebrew is automatically shared with other users in your campaigns and does not need to be shared with the community for players to access.
Bards of this college have mastered the art of weaving various schools of magic into their musical performances. They can create auras with different effects based on the magical notes played.
Healing Aura (School of Restoration): By playing soothing and harmonious notes, the bard can create an aura that heals for 1d4.
Chaos Aura (School of Enchantment): Utilizing enchanting melodies, the bard can craft an aura that disorients enemies, making them more susceptible to Saving Throws.

Additionally, choose one of the following enhancements for your Aura Symphony:
Resonant Harmony: The effects of your auras are enhanced. Buffs to allies and debuffs to enemies are increased by an additional 25%, and the range of your auras is extended by 10 feet.
Masterful Cadence: You gain advantage on performance checks made to maintain concentration on Harmonic Infusion. Additionally, the DC for maintaining concentration does not increase for consecutive turns.
Magical Fusion: You can expend a use of Bardic Inspiration to instantly combine any three notes into a powerful burst of magical energy. This burst creates a special aura that has a heightened effect for one round. Once used, this feature cannot be used again until you finish a short or long rest.
Level 5: Enhanced Ensemble
At 5th level, your understanding of the Aura Symphony deepens. You can now combine three notes in a single turn when using Harmonic Infusion. In addition, choose one of the following enhancements for your Enhanced Ensemble:
Aegis Harmony: The effects of your auras are more protective. Allies within the aura gain temporary hit points equal to your Charisma modifier at the start of their turns.
Discordant Dissonance: The debuffs from your auras become more potent. Enemies within the aura have disadvantage on saving throws against your spells.
Level 6: Versatile Virtuosity
At 6th level, your mastery of the Aura Symphony allows you to adapt your performance to different situations. You can now change the combination of notes in an existing aura as a bonus action on your turn.
Level 10: Maestro's Mastery
At 10th level, the Harmonic Virtuoso reaches a level of mastery that few can achieve. When using Harmonic Infusion to create auras, you can now combine four notes in a single turn. Additionally, choose one of the following enhancements for your Maestro's Mastery:
Ethereal Resonance: Your auras now affect ethereal and incorporeal creatures.
Piercing Cadence: The debuffs from your auras ignore resistance and treat immunity as resistance.

At 14th level, your musical prowess transcends the mundane, allowing you to create auras that resonate with the very fabric of the cosmos. When using Harmonic Infusion to create auras, you can now combine five notes in a single turn. Additionally, choose one of the following enhancements for your Symphony of the Cosmos:
Celestial Harmony: Your auras gain an additional celestial quality. Allies within the aura have advantage on saving throws against spells and magical effects.
