Undead Fortitude. If damage reduces the zombie to 0 hit points, it must make a Constitution saving throw with a DC of 5 + the damage taken, unless the damage is radiant or from a critical hit. On a success, the zombie drops to 1 hit point instead.
Relentless Endurance (half-orc). When you are reduced to 0 hit points but not killed outright, you can drop to 1 hit point instead. You can’t use this feature again until you finish a long rest.
Relentless Rage (Barbarian 11). Starting at 11th level, your rage can keep you fighting despite grievous wounds. If you drop to 0 hit points while you’re raging and don’t die outright, you can make a DC 10 Constitution saving throw. If you succeed, you drop to 1 hit point instead.
Each time you use this feature after the first, the DC increases by 5. When you finish a short or long rest, the DC resets to 10.
I think you have to be very careful about how you would do so. If you just copy the half-orc and barbarian abilities as feats, then those types of characters feel less unique. Undead Fortitude is arguably better than the other features because it only ends on radiant damage or a critical, does not require rage and the DC does not increase indefinitely, but variably depending on damage taken.
Undead fortitude is identical to the first level ability of the shadow sorcerer (called strength of the grave) but instead of a constitution saving throw, it is a charisma saving throw.
The way that’s worded and built into the character sheet should help.

How would one go about giving a player the Undead Fortitude ability via a feat? Is it possible?
