I have a subscription that allows my players to use my content. Some of them want an specific background or race or spell from homebrew that only fits with them. The thing is, I dont want the other players to see that content, only the person that want to use it, for example, one of my players is a vampire and he doesnt want the others to know his condition. The problem is that the background and the race, because of the share content, everyone can see it and one player is already suspecting.
There is a way to allow just one of the players to use that content?
I don't think so. The background would be fine to share, it would just be in game that the characters don't know they're a vampire. Think of it like this: the adventurers don't say I'm a wizard with the folk hero background when they meet people do they? So they wouldn't say I'm a vampire if they have it as a background if they don't want to.

If you remove those items/backgrounds etc from your “collection” then they will no longer appear in lists available to your players. The one who already took that background will be unaffected. If that background is actually in that player’s “collection” then they can remove and still use it for their character.
You can always add things back into your collection whenever you want, and then remove them again. As long as they stay in your “creations” list it’s not a problem.
