Be Not is a tenth or eleventh level spell - not a 9th. It's more powerful than casting Power Word Kill an awful number of times.\

Choose a creature within range. Golden chains appear, clasping the creature's mouth, arms, legs, and other appendages and begin dragging the creature into the ground. That creature must make a Strength saving throw or become restrained and incapacitated on a failed save. The creature can't speak if it fails the save. If the creature takes damage or a creature uses its action to try to break the targeted creature free, the creature can repeat the saving throw, ending the effect on itself on a success. The condition also ends if the spell ends before 10 minutes have passed. If the spell ends before then, the creature is freed from the binds and the spell has no effect on it.
