Ooooh that's really cool! It's interesting to see the differences between mine and yours! If you don't mind, I've got some feedback. Personally, I had Dodge as a Reaction against damage that he could take multiple times a turn, but a legendary action definitely works better, and I love how you've reworked it too so he physically can't dodge any longer! I just had a trait called Lazybones which meant that Sans fell asleep after 22 rounds of combat lol, so maybe he could fall asleep/automatically begin a long rest when he runs out of legendary actions?
His high Insight is also great idea, though I'd increase his Intelligence stat since we know he's very smart, probably more than he is wise, considering the hidden workshop and his association with Alphys and stuff. I had an almost identical Judge bonus action, except it included Alignment which you should definitely add. Also, I had it so the attacks did 1 necrotic damage, plus force (or maybe poison idk) damage equalling the level of the character times 5 to represent karma. I think that sticks better with the canon of 'he can only do 1 damage'. I personally had his alignment as Lawful Neutral, since that's the alignment of order and I feel he definitely doesn't seem good to me, considering he didn't act until he had to, but neutral fits well and he's up to interpretation really so whatever you choose. Oh, and for CR I can't decide whether it should be 30 or 0 lmao

Yeah, it could be really anticlimactic to have him run out of dodges and then just dodge anyways. Plus his attack and defense are both 1 in-game so it made sense. Also, Lazybones is a great idea, I'll add that.

Oh, yeah, alignment is a really obvious one. Don't know how I missed it. I personally think the d1's are pretty accurate in that he can only deal one damage, he just does a (GP) ton of 1's plus karma. I definitely will add a mechanic for it, though I'll likely have to rework the original amount of damage for regular attacks. Also, how would it work for CR creatures? For them, level doesn't necessarily mean killing. (It's the same with players since they can possibly just be given XP for regular stuff, but on a much smaller scale since most of it is still from murder.)
Also, forgot to quote the last bit, but I can see Lawful Neutral. Also, CR 30 is accurate, but CR 0 is also accurate, lol.
Here's the new version. Added Karma, Lazybones, alignment to judging, changed the base damage to match with karma, and changed his alignment to Lawful Neutral. Also, Gaster Blasters are slightly buffed I guess. It's probably still unbalanced, but it's fleshed out more which is good.

Judge. Sans can detect a creature's level or challenge rating, as well as it's XP gained and it's alignment.
Lazybones. When Sans runs out of Legendary Actions, he falls unconscious and begins taking a rest.
Karma. Sans deals an extra amount of necrotic damage for every attack equal to the level or challenge rating of the creature (already included in the attack).
Actions
Multiattack: Sans makes up to 5 attacks. He can choose to replace any attack with Teleport or Telekinesis.
Bone. Ranged Weapon Attack, +17 to hit. One target. Hit: 20d1 magical bludgeoning damage, plus necrotic damage equal to the creature's level or challenge rating.
Telekinesis. Sans flings a creature he can see in a direction of his choice. As long as Sans concentrates on it, the creature continues being flung until hitting a solid surface it can land on, upon which it takes fall damage even if it fell from a direction that's not straight down. Upon hitting a surface, Sans can make a bone attack as a bonus action.
Gaster Blaster. Sans summons a blaster that fires in a 300 feet long, 5 feet wide cone. He rolls to attack once for every creature in the line (+15 to hit), and does 10d1 force damage plus necrotic damage equal to the creature's level or challenge rating, every creature in that line that has an Armor Class lower then the roll.
Bonus Actions
Teleport. Sans teleports to an unoccupied space he can see within 30 feet.
Legendary Actions
Sans has 22 legendary actions. He can use them on another creature's turn. Unlike most monsters that regain legendary actions at the start of their turn, Sans regains his legendary actions only after he takes a short or long rest.
Dodge (Costs 1 Action). Sans dodges all damage dealt to him in one creatures turn, negating it all.

Hello! I am a perfectly sane gibberer. Hi! :D
Locations are dead, the Temple of Potassium has fallen but its ideals live on
What do you guys think about the theory that all Dark Worlds will have double doors? It's the whole idea is based purely on the fact that the computer room was specifically changed to have double doors between chapters, which meant the dramatic opening sequence was better, and even if the Dreemurr household doesn't have double doors, which some people say disproves it, it doesn't matter since it's pretty much confirmed the chapter's gonna start IN the dark world, so no need for double doors to do the whole reveal sequence.
I personally believe it, and that gets me super hyped because the locations with double doors include: Asgore's basement (FLOWEY!!!), the hospital (Snowgrave boutta go wild), the Church (I think, but Bishop and Gerson stuff could ensue!), and the assumed final dark world in Chapter 7: The Bunker.
That does mean no Grillby'ssans Dark World or one in his and Papyrus's house, but that's fine since Papyrus is the Knight anyway (cope). Even harder cope is saying that in the Nintendo Switch version of Undertale, the room under the cupboard has a set of double doors, so mayyyybeeee? (It's never gonna happen lol, unless they do another 'start in the dark world' chapter which could come about if Kris babysits Papyrus and either of them make one)
Simple question. I may be stupid and this is revealed somewhere, but where does Undyne get determination? The most likely answer is Alphys injecting it into her, but why would she do it particularly on her? Especially if this is after creating the Amalgamates, she would probably at least be hesitant.

It's actually confirmed to be natural lmao, no idea how that could have happened and it would have made so much sense if Alphys did it, but yeah she just naturally has Determination (flashbacks to her melting in the Neutral route, absolutely terrifying lol)
I'm not actually entirely sure but if you look online, all sources I'm seeing just say it's natural and don't expand further. I also remember some dialogue from her about determination, but can't recall much at all about it.

Eh, not really reliable sources then. And all the dialogue does is help confirm she has it, not where she got it from.

Hey, we at least know Alphys didn't inject her with it cos otherwise it wouldn't be natural, so therefore she has to have been born with it. And as for if they're 'reliable sources', I'm looking at things like the locked wiki pages which are trustworthy!
We at least know she can generate it naturally. If she had that amount all of the time she would melt like she does when she dies in Genocide and Neutral. But still, if monsters are supposed to lack determination, how was Undyne born with it?

Honestly, I think she had just the right amount at all times to prevent her from melting. Obviously in Neutral she melts as she doesn't have enough DT to go Undying, but in Genocide she generates enough to become Undying due to the higher stakes. Also, I know this is literally every single headcanon I have ever, but I think Monsters have trace amounts of DT. Boss Monster Souls persist temporarily after death and we know the Amalgamates survived for a short period of time so it's entirely possible they can manage with a little bit]
