She sees a slightly chubby older woman (maybe in her 50s) with dark hair holding a legal pad. She has a white dress shirt and a pink bow tie that matches her striped vest, as well as a name tag that reads "Glace." "Oh, just trying to write a song. This is my first time doing it." She takes off her little paper hat. "I wanted to write something that criticizes those places that say they'll help and just give you valium and send you on your way even though you paid for full treatment." A hint of bitterness enters her sweet voice.
"That sounds like it would be a moving song." Mergo faintly smiles, looking back at the tree for a moment. "This is a good spot to think, is it not? Really inspires one's creativity."
"Yeah. Yeah, it's a really great tree. I always come up with good ideas around here. I run that soda shop uptown, but I always come down here when I need something new for the monthly special." She starts drawing an elaborate-looking ice cream float. "...which I should be doing around now actually. What's your favorite ice cream flavor, by the way?"
She pauses, thinking. "I'd say vanilla. It fits well with many other flavors- a good canvas to build off of. What's yours?"
"Pumpkin pie. It's not good for floats, though. Vanilla is a good choice. What about your favorite soda?" She begins to write notes on the drawing of the float. Vanilla ice cream.

Stand Name: My Oridianary Life Stand Appearance: As a pure ability Stand, this Stand has no appearance, however the user is followed by a series of glowing green silhouettes behind them that only other Stand users can see. Depending on how experienced the user is with a situation depends how bright they glow, and they fade away after about 6 seconds (1 round) Ability: This ability is based on the idea of routines. The more often the user follows a routine, the more powerful the Stand is. By following a routine, the glowing afterimages behind them grow stronger, and the User can use this to 'revert to routine'. This is a complicated ability but works better if explained with examples. If the user follows a set route everyday, their experience and afterimages on that specific route grow stronger. Therefore, if something unusual was to happen on the route, such as them tripping over, they can snap back into the afterimages and revert to routine to go back to the usual occurrences. In the same way, if the user trains at a specific thing over and over, they can revert to what most often happens when they perform this action, so if they trained at punching over and over, but were then to miss a punch, they could revert to their average result (So change their roll to a 10, the average dice roll on a D20). However, this ability is of course useless if the user has not experienced a routine in a set place or practiced a set skill as there is no average to pull from, though each time they repeat this the results are added to the power to create an average routine, but this takes time.
It's complicated but it'll be more clear when I play it. It also might seem a little OP but it only works if the User puts dedication and training into the specific routines they seek to utilise, so if they're in an unfamiliar situation, the power is useless. Also the afterimages only last a round so they can only revert back to the routine of 6 seconds ago. Like, if they take a wrong turn, they can revert back to where they previously were and follow routine, but if they continue down the wrong route, the routine will quickly fade and they'll have to retrace their steps before they can utilise it again.]
*Seems strong, but it becomes very useless the moment combat starts. Also The Living Tombstone is peak music*

But if he ends up somewhere he's never been before, he's screwed, cos he can't do anything since there's no average routine to pull from.]

*Then it wouldn’t be a routine. It would just be ‘return to place I have been more than once’. A routine is a set sequence of activities that you always follow, so to use it, he would have to take a walk on the same exact path, starting at the same exact time and ending at the same exact time every day, or every other day. And if his going to be going after nefarious stand users, that would be breaking routine. So yeah, if you want to really participate at all, there are very few times when his power would be at its maximum power.*

[Firstly, it's my Stand so I'd like to be the one that dictates how it works please and secondly, if you read the ability, it says that it isn't controlling one set constant, but the set of instances that occur. Timings don't matter since it's the practice and repetition of the action or location that is being replicated. He could walk in a straight line down the road like usual, at any time, and still utilise his power if things go awry since he's done that before. He could then sprint 20 metres to the left, spin in a circle 6 times and then come back and continue in the line, reactivating his power as he is now doing something he's done before again. When he's doing something unexpected, the Stand has no prior experiences to pull from, so it can't work to replicate an average result. If he got punched in the gut every single time he walked that route, he'd get the sensation of getting punched in the gut when he activates his power whilst following that set of actions in that location since that's the average.
Also, the power doesn't really need routines to function. Like I said, you could be entirely spontaneous and the Stand would be useless since it would never have any prior results to replicate. Therefore, if you want to get the most out of it, you need to follow a routine, so doing stuff everyday that is similar each time. Plus, that routine can deviate slightly from time to time, because if you get 100/100 on a test 100 times, and then get a 99 once, the change in the average result is going to be beyond negligible, and that applies to the power. He could have easily been developing these routines for YEARS. Therefore he doesn't need to exactly follow it each time at all. And also, if his routine walk is going all round town, then he can fight Stand Users in any of those locations. New place? He just needs some prep time to develop an average result in that area and then he's set.]

*Then why would you describe it like that? Just say: He can repeat actions he has done multiple times, allowing him to ignore the Flow of the world. If you say something, don’t be mad when I take it how it is written, because that’s how reading works. Also, you just proved what I said. His power isn’t routines, it’s to repeat any action he has done at least twice*

[Dude that's literally a routine. Taken straight from the Cambridge Dictionary, a routine is 'a usual or fixed way of doing things'. E.g, actions he has done multiple times, except I've now shortened it into a single word, because that's what words are for: shortening the explanation of a concept and representing it. Though, I'm not gonna argue over the definition of a word and I don't want things to get any more heated than it already is, so if you, or anybody for that matter, have not got any other issues with the way the Stand ability is written or with it as a whole, I'll intro it in a bit.]

"Pumpkin pie. It's not good for floats, though. Vanilla is a good choice. What about your favorite soda?" She begins to write notes on the drawing of the float. Vanilla ice cream.

[Well, not really, since as long as he sticks to an area he frequents regularly, he can revert to what usually happens there. Gets punched in the gut on the walk home? Buddy I've walked this road 1782 times in a row and only been punched here twice, so I can just send that back to what usually happens of me not getting affected (See where the Revert To Zero bit comes in?) But if he ends up somewhere he's never been before, he's screwed, cos he can't do anything since there's no average routine to pull from.]

*The chances of that happening (especially in California) are low to none. And chances when combat does happen, it’s not going to be somewhere he’s familiar with. In its own niche it’s super strong causes he can cancel out just about anything out of the ordinary, but the moment he gets out of the routine he might as well be Norm Al. Guy.*

"Sparkling apple cider is great. Can't make that with syrup, though. My favorite soda is grape. But it doesn't mesh well with my favorite ice cream, so my dream float is out of the question. I do have an apple soda syrup that tastes a bit like cider..." She writes that down. "An a-la-mode float sounds cool. What about toppings? Maybe whipped cream? Fresh apples seems like a bad move..."

The homeless man (Who's name is Alucard) is walking around, doing what he usually does. He is eating a loaf of bread no one saw him get, he is never seen to go into a grocery store but always has food. Strange indeed.
The very tall business man named Doflamingo is also walking around the town, his broken crown resting on his head, leaning down to everyone else's level, a wide and unnatural grin on his face.

"I could make that! I've never had maple in a float, I don't think." She looks something up on her phone. "Maple apple pie is a thing, so I should probably test it out. Oh, caramel too? That could be interesting..." She smiles. "Maybe it's just the tree, but you're full of good ideas. What's your name?"

"Glace Soude. Welcome to Marino, Mergo. This town is going to heck in a handbasket if you ask me. Someone broke in and stole all my Oreos and the cash from the register. I'm not kidding, this has happened four times this month. I'm actually kind of grateful, because at this point I would probably have gone back to the bottle if I had the money."

[Dunno what you mean with that but whatever, but also, isn't this part just gonna take place in this town? If he's a resident that's been there since birth, he could have walked around the whole town (or at least the main parts he needs to visit) literally thousands of times. Plus, it really depends how I play him. Don't want to be in a place you haven't been? Don't go there. Want to maximise the usage of your Stand? Follow the exact same, broad routine daily to strengthen all the odds, just like the ability encourages. Sure, it might be mundane, but he's now practically invincible in just about every situation he needs to be. If the user was of a spontaneous disposition to go places and do things on a whim, then of course the ability wouldn't function well. But, after all, Stands are a manifestation of the User's soul, and they're gonna follow their personality, so this power is gonna go to someone who's gonna get the very max out of it.]
