*I've studied TTRPG design for a long time, and a lot of that time was spent rolling dice, dice, dice. I want to roll as few dice as possible and always be rolling for the things that are important to my character specifically. I've played too many characters where in combat I eventually don't want to describe anything they do because I just have to roll more dice, dice, dice.*
*In my opinion (which you do not have to share or argue with), mechanics should only exist to serve the story and not the other way around, and dice rolling is included.*
*TLDR I've rolled too many dice already and the only reason I use them is because I don't have an alternative.*
*There are a few faults in that argument but the only one I’m going to mention (because it’s the only one that matters at the moment) you aren’t going to be the one rolling the dice. That would be me, and I have no problem rolling dice. So as it is, you would be rolling around 2 dice a turn, maybe 3 and a max of four if you have to make a save. To put it simply: your issue with rolling dice means nothing, because you’re not the one rolling*
*As I said, I prefer not to trust others to roll things for me. If I ever have to remind you it'll take me out of the game. And you're not the only one I'll be playing with. There are other players I'll want to interact with.*

*ok. the stand is called "who let the dogs out." its a Close-Range Power Type and a Colony Type, with a hint of Psychological Assault Type. it starts off as a number of large, black dogs with glowing red eyes. when the dogs bite a person, it affects their soul, enraging the person and forcing them to attack. if the person cannot attack, it does a bit of damage. if the creature is at zero hit points after the damage(not neccesarily from the damage), it dies and its soul, filled with unfulfilled anger, incarnates as another member of "who let the dogs out", in a manner similar to the way stands are made.*
*Okay, sounds good, just two issues. 1, it can’t be close range power type and a colony, as colony types whole thing is that they are incredibly weak individually, so being close range power type wouldn’t make sense. 2, you can’t turn someone you kill into part of your stand, as that’s not how it works. And design wise, colony stands have much smaller iterations, at most being a few inches*
*theyll be very low cr. like, 1/8. and the transformation isn't permanent, the extras aren't there the next time the stand is summoned*
*Yo Himy you got to chill out, maybe they just explained poorly. You can’t just give up on conversations midway dude, let people explain themselves, don’t make assumptions.*
