*oh, by the way, I’m officially making the limit on any important buildings 2 per settlement. This is subject to change in the future, of course.*
<Ok, will remove any extras. (Already grew to metropolis tho... do you want me to change that?)>
*mm… I hadn’t realized anyone grew to metropolis yet… could you possibly just go back to city? I think that’d still put you ahead of everyone else growth wise. If that’s fine with you.*
Khassahn lingers a bit longer around the food, taking a deep breath before setting off to speak with the other leaders. He lowers the hood of his cowl, exposing deep scarlet-toned hair, though keeping his mask on. Khass holds his polearm in one hand, resting it on the shoulder.

*It was due to a rules misinterpretation in any case - Platyboss thought they could start with five great farms, which they only unlock at city status in any case. It should be pretty simple to work out where they should be at with the buildings they can have.*
<No, I did start as a Town. I waited 2 days (bc this was before the limit was set and I had lots of Plantations), then grew to City, and then got all the things.>
*You can only have two plantations and no lower buildings, and with two plantations you’d still have several days to grow to city size.*

*yeah, I’m trying to remedy the situation in a fair way, they had done this before I set the building limit, having at least 4 plantations, which before the limit, is a completely fair strategy. I’m thinking of having Platy just reset to city if that’s alright with them, with the new limits.*

*I really dont think so? Archfey would need to confirm but in the rules it says "replaces [lower tier building]" which i would interpret as, well, replacing the ones of the lower tier and not allowing for you to have both.*

You find the Tayr sitting upon his dais. He is speaking to what appears to be a hushed servant but waves the man away upon seeing your approach.
“Noble Tayr! Is that the correct address? My name is Nikorev, ambassador of the Autarch and world-renowned diplomat and trader, as well as accomplished scholar and student of martial practice.” Their list of accomplishments tumbles out almost too fast to follow. “The Autarch sends its deepest apologies that it could not attend your feast due to something of a logistical impossibility, and sends my humble self in its presence. I am temporarily empowered to speak on the Autarch’s behalf and hope to cultivate friendships and, most importantly, trade, that will last for many years to come.” Nikorev bows formally and then immediately resumes their lackadaisical standing position.
"Please, you can simply call me Tayr." He says with a smile. "And please give my regards to the Autarch. A trade agreement would be most welcome. I have heard you have expanded recently. It was Adelheid you established, yes?"
“Well, friend Tayr, I’m glad you feel as I do. Yes - Adelheid is just founded, after some hard labouring, and we hope it becomes prosperous in the future - and to that end I am happy to discuss arrangements of mutual benefit. To cut to the quick, what is it you are in need of?” Nikorev’s crocodilian face makes them difficult to read, but they sounds genuinely pleased, going by their tone.
He taps the side of his jaw with a ringed finger in thought. "My people are not a mining people. Not yet anyway. So the bounties of the earth are somewhat out of our reach. We also are far from any real body of water... and our land has few trees. Wood and wooden items, metals, jewels, these are all things we would happily trade for. In return, we have a wide variety of dyes, the finest wool you can find, livestock, and a wealth of crops."
