Characteristics: A young looking Being, he is of a nimble stature, although weak.
Vulnerabilities: Literally all of them.
Traits:
Cannot Be Outrun- +830 to your speed (Walking). You can choose which speed this is (walking, flying, swimming, etc), and can do so whether or not you had any feet in that speed to begin with. You can choose this ability multiple times, choosing a different speed each time. 83Dread Points.
Flaws:
True to Your Word. You cannot willingly break a spoken promise or deal. +4 Dread Points
Think No Evil- When you're killed, you don't have the memories of who killed you or the final battle. +4 Dread Points
Speak No Evil- You can't knowingly tell a lie. +3 Dread Points
Hear No Evil- You are permanently Deafened. +3 Dread Points
Fatal Vulnerability- Choose one damage type. You are now vulnerable to it. Nobody but you knows what this damage type is. (Relying on the honor system here) This can be taken multiple times for different damage types. +39 Dread Points
Gluttony- You require food and water to survive. +3 Dread Points
Imperfect Hatred- If you are reduced to half of your health, you are blinded by rage, causing -1 to your attack rolls and saving throws for every 10 Hit Points lost. Killing your opponent or the battle ending ends this condition.+4 Dread Points
Broken Soul- Your soul is stored in an item that you choose (no larger then the Huge size). If that item is broken, you do not reform when you die. +5 Dread Points.
Do No Evil- When you are killed, you can be imprisoned in chains by spending experience points-- the more points, the stronger the chain. While these chains are applied, you can't do anything and nobody can do any harm to you. To free you, someone else needs to go to you and apply the same amount of XP used to imprison you in the first place. +5 Dread Points
Half a Life- You cannot heal during combat. +3 Dread Points.
Corroding Soul: +10 dread points

They have a purple mane of fire. The middle is annoyed with the other heads, and so always has a bored look on their face. They have a green mane. The right head is always grinning, with what looks like jester makeup on them. They have a mane the color of normal fire.
Traits:
Flaws:
Do No Evil- When you are killed, you can be imprisoned in chains by spending experience points-- the more points, the stronger the chain. While these chains are applied, you can't do anything and nobody can do any harm to you. To free you, someone else needs to go to you and apply the same amount of XP used to imprison you in the first place. +5 Dread Points

Think No Evil- When you're killed, you don't have the memories of who killed you or the final battle. Can't be taken with No Regrets. +4 Dread Points

Broken Stride- Opportunity attacks against you have advantage, and if they hit, your speed becomes zero until your next turn. +2 Dread Points.
Fatal Vulnerability- Choose one damage type. You are now vulnerable to it. Nobody but you knows what this damage type is. (Relying on the honor system here) This can be taken multiple times for different damage types. +3 Dread Points

Less than Normal-
Sinful Shield-
Unholy Strengths-
Greed for Power-
Cannot Be Outrun-
Laugh In Fear's Smiling Face-
Greater Detection-
Bloodlust-
Size: Gargantuan
Behavior: The heads all seem to argue, the purple scheming and conniving, ready to do whatever it takes to get what they want, so long as it doesn't put them or the other heads in danger. The green is tired with the other heads and their horrible goals and desires, their willingness to watch others suffer and also cause it instead of just being reasonable; They particularly dislike purple's watchfulness and willingness to wait, and red's impulsiveness. Red is a chaotic and sporadic being, as quick to help someone as they are to kill, likely to eat dangerous objects not because they are hungry, but for the fun of it. They have a sibling dynamic, with green being rational, purple being a middle child, and red being a chaotic adhd youngest child (This isn't their age, it's just what age of sibling they stereotypically act like).
Appearance: A gigantic snake-dragon with six tendrils of darkness trailing from its back, each tipped with wickedly sharp red claws. It levitates 5 feet off the ground, unless it chooses otherwise.
Level: 4
Traits:
Regeneration- Giratina regains 10 hit points at the start of each of its turns. If it takes poison or psychic damage, this trait doesn't function at the start of its next turn. Giratina dies only if it starts its turn with 0 hit points and doesn't regenerate.
Cannot Be Outrun- +40 to flying speed.
Less than Normal- Giratina is Gargantuan.
Sinful Shield- +6 AC.
Greed for Power- +2 to STR and DEX.
Bloodlust. +1 damage die to Rend.
Flaws:
Do No Evil- When Giratina is killed, it can be imprisoned in chains by spending experience points-- the more points, the stronger the chain. While these chains are applied, it can't do anything and nobody can do any harm to it. To free Giratina, someone else needs to go to it and apply the same amount of XP used to imprison it in the first place.
Fatal Vulnerability- Giratina is vulnerable to cold damage. Nobody knows this except for it. (Relying on the honor system here)
Dread Points: 10 (Saving up because an update is coming)
Size: Gargantuan
Behavior: Giratina quests to gain power and rip away the boundaries between the worlds. It will make alliances with any other dark beings to meet these ends, as long as the other being has use to it.

Did I? I don't remember saying that but maybe I forgot. I don't see why True To Your Word and Speak No Evil wouldn't be allowed tho, they're similar but not overlapping.

Name: The Multiheaded One
Appearance: A large three headed canine, each head looking slightly different. The left head is tired with drooping wolf ears, the points flopped down, with a slight bit of a scheming grin.
True To Your Word- You cannot willingly break a spoken promise or deal. Upon your death, the fealty oaths you swore remain. +4 Dread Points
Think No Evil- When you're killed, you don't have the memories of who killed you or the final battle. Can't be taken with No Regrets. +4 Dread Points
Signs Clear As Glass- You give obvious signals when you're going to attack. As a reaction, a creature you're attacking can add 2 to their AC for that attack, leading to a potential miss. +2 Dread Points
Gluttony- You require food and water to survive. +3 Dread Points
Half a Life- You cannot heal during combat. +3 Dread Points.
Traits:
Emanation of Wrath-
Punishment of Heresy-
Frightful Presence -
Arcane Blast-
Master of Pain-
Less than Normal-
Sinful Shield-
Unholy Strengths-
Greed for Power-
Cannot Be Outrun-
Laugh In Fear's Smiling Face-
Greater Detection-
Bloodlust-
Size: Gargantuan
Age: Many of millennia, possibly before humanity.

Name: Giratina
Appearance: A gigantic snake-dragon with six tendrils of darkness trailing from its back, each tipped with wickedly sharp red claws. It levitates 5 feet off the ground, unless it chooses otherwise.
Level: 4
Traits:
Regeneration- Giratina regains 10 hit points at the start of each of its turns. If it takes poison or psychic damage, this trait doesn't function at the start of its next turn. Giratina dies only if it starts its turn with 0 hit points and doesn't regenerate.

Age: Beyond Comprehension

Interesting, but you some of those flaws you can't take. For example speak no evil and true to your word overlap.
Not true speak no evil and true to your word are allowed to be used together unless it specifically says so in the abilities section it's not banned ash and those two flaws have differences

I asked gibber earlier and he said you cant take overlapping abilities, he said this one specifically when I asked him.
Did I? I don't remember saying that but maybe I forgot. I don't see why True To Your Word and Speak No Evil wouldn't be allowed tho, they're similar but not overlapping.
Hello! I am a perfectly sane gibberer. Hi! :D

A mysterious link of chain... (Extended signature). PRAISE JEFF THE EVIL ROOMBA! REALLY cool video.
One of the Warlock Patrons on the forums. Low, low price of your soul, your firstborn child and your liver!
Titles: The Echoing Story Spewer from Drummer, the Endless Maws from Isis, the Mad Murderer from PJ
I'd recommend editing one post instead of making a new one every time. Also, I'd check if the Level 4 is valid but I'm too lazy to do math rn.
