Appearance: A gigantic, six-legged dragon with wings of pure shadow. Each wing has three gigantic red claws, capable of inflicting massive damage.
Level: 6
Traits:
Draconic Breath- Giratina can exhale a 60 ft cone of energy as an action. Each creature within that area must make a DC 21 DEX save. On a fail, they take 11d6 necrotic damage, taking only half on a success.
Regeneration- Giratina regains 10 hit points at the start of each of its turns. If it takes damage from poison or psychic damage, this trait doesn't function at the start of its next turn. While at 0 hp, Giratina doesn’t regenerate. This regeneration can restore missing limbs and other body parts as part of the regenerate spell.
Master of Pain- Giratina adds half of its STR modifier(rounded down) to the attack and damage rolls of its Rend attacks.
Multiattack- When Giratina takes the Attack action using Rend, it may make two attacks instead of one.
Bloodlust (x1)- Giratina gains +1 damage die to its Rend attack.
Greater than Normal- Giratina is Huge, and gains the following features: It loses 10 ft of walking speed, and its hit dice are d12s. Its armor class becomes 12 plus its STR modifier, and its reach increases by 5 ft.
Cannot Be Outrun- Giratina gains +10 to its walking speed and +60 to its flying speed.
Flaws:
Do No Evil- When Giratina is killed, it can be imprisoned in chains by spending experience points-- the more points, the stronger the chain. While these chains are applied, it can't do anything and nobody can do any harm to it. To free Giratina, someone else needs to go to it and apply the same amount of XP used to imprison it in the first place.
Fatal Vulnerability- Giratina is vulnerable to cold damage. Nobody knows this except for it. (Relying on the honor system here)
Dread Points: 0
Size: Huge
Behavior: Giratina quests to gain power and rip away the boundaries between the worlds. It will make alliances with any other dark beings to meet these ends, as long as the other being has use to it.

Dim light, Difficult terrain for creatures without a climbing, flying, or swimming speed. Creatures can teleport through shadows of creatures that they have sworn featly to, or have sworn featly to them. One of the creatures in said teleportation must have sworn featly to Chaos. Healing out of combat is doubled. In the center there is a giant courtroom and a few smaller structures near it (Within 10 miles of the center). In these structures it is not difficult terrain, and you heal all damage you took from the terrain, though damage taken in these structures cannot be removed whilst in this plain
Effects within ten miles:
Healing whilst in combat results in losing health equal to how much you would otherwise be healed. Resistance to all vulnerabilities and vulnerability to all immunities and resistances. You take 2d8 Necrotic damage whenever you leave and enter this range. All creatures take 2d6 Psychic damage every time they deal damage to a creature with higher charisma and higher wisdom than them within this part. Every time a creature runs while in combat, it takes 3d4 piercing damage and takes 1 damage every day unless it spends 10 minutes to remove wooden splinters. Creatures with proficiently in Sleight of Hand can do it in 5 minutes. Creatures with expertise do it in with a bonus action
Description:A torn and broken wasteland of law and chaos, with a void full of arcana spread around it. It has wooden platforms floating and rocks in the sky, sharpened stones, rare gems, signatures on contracts and so forth going across everywhere, the world split, and three shining doorways of wood and metal on outer rims, each fifty feet tall and twenty feet wide. They open when a creature with featly to Chaos opens them with their mind, or when creatures without grab them by the handle and pull. It has a giant courtroom that is much bigger on the inside, with a 600 x 600 x 600 ft, main room, and several (Seventy two) 40 x 40 x 30 ft, rooms, most of which unrelated. It also has five-hundred 60 x 60 x 45 ft, other wooden structures next to it.
Effects: No one can heal while within 100 feet of any blade that's been abandoned, and if anyone tries to take one of these blades, they will have to make a Wisdom saving throw of 17; if they fail the throw, they take 4d10 psychic damage
Terrain: A vast blood-filled battlefield littered with weapons and blood-soaked ground
Description: A bloody and decaying battlefield unveils itself before your eyes. The dead cannot rest here, for they are cursed to be trapped in the blades that they once used This valley goes on for miles with countless swords embedded into the ground, and a thin amount of blood covers the valley in the center of this forgotten battlefield is a old forge that corvus used to craft all of these weapons each on of those blades you saw embedded in the ground was crafted by him and another regret for him failing to craft a sword strong enough to protect its user no matter what anyone says he believes its his fault all of these deaths happened when the moon rises the dead spirits come out for vengeance on their foes and try to drag you down and force you to join them as a spirit

Appearance: A small, batlike creature with the body of a snake. He has a large, pointy head with big eyes, and four short, black wings to keep him aloft. His body is mostly black, but his underbelly is a lighter gray.
Traits:
Arcane Blast- Grimm gains a new attack that uses Charisma as the attack modifier. It has a range of 120 ft., one target, and deals 3d6 + CHA fire damage.
Monstrous Technique- Grimm gains the benefits of the Second Chance feat.
Less than Normal- Grimm is Tiny, and gains the following traits. His AC becomes 15 plus his dexterity modifier, and he gains 15 feet of fly speed. Grimm's hit dice also become d4s. Enemies that are Large or larger have disadvantage on attack rolls against Grimm, and he has advantage on stealth checks. Grimm cannot be grappled by any creature larger than Medium size, and his movement doesn’t provoke opportunity attacks.
Cannot be Outrun- Grimm gains 30 feet of fly speed.
Flaws:
Signs Clear As Glass- Grimm gives obvious signals when he's going to attack. When Grimm targets a creature with an attack, that creature may add +2 to their AC against that attack as a reaction.
Gluttony- Grimm requires food and water to survive, and must eat or drink at least once per day. For every day he goes without food or water, he suffers one level of exhaustion. This exhaustion cannot be removed by anything other then eating or drinking while taking a long rest.
Speak No Evil- Grimm can't knowingly tell a lie.
True To Your Word- Grimm cannot willingly break a spoken promise or deal. Upon his death, the fealty oaths he swore remain.
Do No Evil- When Grimm is killed, the killer can cause him to be imprisoned in chains by spending experience points-- the more points, the stronger the chain. While these chains are applied, Grimm is considered to be paralyzed. To free Grimm, someone else needs to go to him and apply the same amount of XP that was used in the creation of the chains.
Dread Points: 1
Size: Tiny
Behavior: Grimm is nearly completely helpless, and mostly just flies around, getting on everyone's nerves and being cute.

Drakan might be slightly OP now. Here's the picture. he just reached level 9, so he's got a plus 9 PB. Strength bonus of 5. So his base rend attack bonus is Plus 14. Add abilities: x3 Hunger for Violence, Master of Pain. That's another +5. We're on a +19 to hit and I'm not even done yet. His artifact weapon gives another +3 to attack and damage rolls, and uses the stats of his Rend, so that means he has a +22 on his attacks, dealing 6d8+9 damage each. Add to that Multiattack and Strike Twice, he now gets 3 attacks a turn. Each one of those deals an extra 1d8 psychic damage. He also crits on an 18, 19 and 20, and can flich people with Beyond fear, and his artifact restricts movement and restricts reactions. To make things worse, he has 240 HP locked behind 23 AC, plus regeneration. The only things holding the guy back are True to your Word and Imperfect Hatred.
I did none of this deliberately.

3x mutltiattack and strike twice can only be used on Blades of the Unholy, not rend. Rend gets two attacks in multiattack. Your artifact as a weapon can count as your rend attack, but you can’t have it stack both Rend and Blades of the Unholy benefits - that’s a deliberate balance choice. So your blade can deal base Rend damage but can’t benefit from boosts to Rend, etc, only Bolstered Blades.

Almost all entrances to this layer emerge onto rocky ground, strewn with bones. Drakan’s Felgor army patrols the bottom. Otherwise, nothing is here. Looking up, however, is where the layer’s majority is seen. Mountains spear into the sky, each one hundreds of metres in height. Climbing them is difficult, and even then, the air, reeking of blood and bones, is too thin for many creatures to breathe. At the centre is the tallest mountain, Mount Skulgorr itself, housing Drakan’s Hall of Bones at its peak. It is estimated to stand 1000 metres high, piercing the dark clouds. Drakan himself has his own private entrance directly to the Hall of Bones to bypass the faff of getting to and from the hall using the public gates.
Layer 12: The Endless Necropolis
Nobody knows how large this layer truly is. Above ground, it is a long-forgotten battlefield, strewn with the bones of the deceased. Titanic weapons and skeletons lie at random. Buildings sit in the middle of fields of broken swords. Mobs of undead slope and skitter around. A perpetual blue-grey mist lies over the land. Underneath, however, is a different story. Under the ground is a sprawling labyrinth. Halls of black stone wind through the bedrock, filled with traps and undead guards. Much of it is redundant and leads nowhere, with no treasure or purpose, simply there to waste travellers time. Others lead to a wider network, eventually coming to the centre, where a pyramid made of the corpses of previous travellers stands. Underneath this structure is a huge, trap-laden, intricately designed temple where Kavalos himself is said to stay, along with his treasures, for anyone daring-or stupid- enough to attempt to take them.

I don’t remember if I’m the one that approved that artifact, but that removes the main balance of having Rend do more base damage and Blades of the Unholy having more effects. Your artifact can deal the damage of Rend but it can only be boosted by Blades of the Unholy abilities, not Rend boosting abilities because it is still a weapon and not a Rend attack. Otherwise you’re doing crazy damage with expanded crit range and triple multiattack and bonus action attack.

The Valley of Forgotten Blades

Name: Grimm
Age: Baby

Tiny size says you can add the speed to any other you currently have, so it's added to flying.

I main Milio in League of Legends, and therefore have extreme anxiety whenever my glass cannon Vayne main teammate charges at the enemy while I'm at the spawn zone.

If anyone says the words "Spider man lord" in my presence I will immediately lock myself in my room.
I like cheese.

He has BotU. technically, his artifact is making BotU attacks while dealing the damage and using the effects of rend.

Layer descriptions for Drakan and Kavalos:
Layer 11: The Skulgorr peaks

So you can have your weapon do Rend damage (3d8) with bolstered blades twice (5d8) plus the psychic damage (6d8) and then make 3-4 attacks per turn that’s perfectly acceptable.
