All armor, longswords, simple weapons, polearms, greatswords. Can't remember what tools... (Doing this from memory cause i don't have her sheet right now... will update later)
As a fighter, wouldn't she have proficiency with all martial weapons? Obviously, there could be more to the character than we know (like how Zuli's definitely not a lycanthrope), but....
Lol yeah i forgot about that.
Yeah, she does have proficiency with all martial weapons.
but she has light armor, simple weapons, crossbow, long sword, rapier, short sword and herbalism kit (plus thieves tools). Rogues are just proficient in a lot.
Edit: I’m also just not particularly good at chess…
lol, now the next room will be that giant chess board from Harry Potter....
If it is, I'll be Ron. I have another character ready.... Lol
Actually, either that or I'll just cast death ward or something (and yeah, I know he didn't actually die....)
It better be after all this, sorry for not posting in a while I lost track of time and caught up in schoolwork. I also thought I posted already but I didn’t! Anyway here I am. I am really bad at chess IRL, and Clementine probably spends to much time in the lab to learn any games.

The chest is not locked. Agnomally, you open the chest with a hint of anticipation... whatever could be inside such a chest? If it was kept in a secret hallway, hidden from view, and double-trapped, it had to be good... right?
Inside the chest is what looks like a quarterstaff, made of (you guessed it) stone. But it's not rough, it's smooth and sleek, and it comes to a very sharp point at the bottom. The head of the quarterstaff, however, glows pink with the same crystals found in other parts of this cavern. It gives off 10 ft of rosy light.

"That certainly is not the sword they had mentioned earlier..." Arthilas says. "Do you want me to identify< it?"
Sure!
“Looks quite nice, although if it is a weapon I don’t think I’m qualified to use it…”
”I’m pretty good with them! And I did ask that statue for a magic item… or maybe whoever opens the chest gets what they’re looking for? Maybe we should take this, close it, and have one of you open it?”

“Smart! Let’s try it! You did open the chest after all”
(I don't think you have. I just looked back and unless I skipped over anything, Darklis hasn't talked to the statue yet.)
Who's gonna open the chest next?
Arthilas:
Here's what the spell is able to find:
Quarterstaff of Shards
Carved by the Dwarven Monks of Koga.
The quarterstaff does not require attunement to use some of its basic magical and non-magical properties. These properties include:
The crystals embedded into the head of the staff emit 10 ft of light when within 30 ft of non-malicious beings (any non-evil alignments); excluding the bearer of the staff, constructs, and plants. This happens automatically.
As a bonus action, the bearer of the staff can control the intensity of light emitting from the crystals, up to a distance of 60 ft. This includes turning the light off and on and controlling how far the light goes, but it does not allow control over whether the staff glows within 30 ft of non-malicious beings.
It can be used as a regular quarterstaff to make melee attacks.
Other properties can be unlocked with attunement, but said properties vary greatly with the user. It is impossible to know what will happen when it is attuned, but you're certain it will do something.

She also have proficiency with shields.
Tools is just dragonchess
Maybe Zuli and Arthilas should play chess sometime!
Only spilt the party if you see something shiny.
Ariendela Sneakerson, Half-elf Rogue (8); Harmony Wolfsbane, Tiefling Bard (10); Agnomally, Gnomish Sorcerer (3); Breeze, Tabaxi Monk (8); Grace, Dragonborn Barbarian (7); DM, Homebrew- The Sequestered Lands/Underwater Explorers; Candlekeep
And Verdell! We could have a tournament!
Wait a minute....
Lol
Paladin main who spends most of his D&D time worldbuilding or DMing, not Paladin-ing.
Oh yes, Arthilas would be up for that! Should we play on Lichess or Chess.com? :-D
LICHess seems very thematic. Agnomally could join, but she doesn't have proficiency.

Lol, Arthilias would probably win...but Zuli would try her hardest :'D
She's not the sharpest sword on the rack so to speak lol.

Arthilas sits down and starts casting his identify spell.
"Its ugly," Zuli snorts. "Not very efficient either...as a weapon or a walking stick. Too heavy." She snorts, "For most people anyways."
She rolls her eyes, "Identify away..." She says to Arthilias before adding, "Maybe it belongs to the statue upstairs?"

(Lol i got so far behind on this thread, i don't remember if i talked to the statue or not.)
Darklis says nothing but continues to watch her companions as they take turns opening and closing the chest.
(I don't think you have. I just looked back and unless I skipped over anything, Darklis hasn't talked to the statue yet.)
