"To everyone who wasn't here for my previous escapades, I run something of an entity auction. You donate actions/charge to me, and receive credits in return."-Pionoplayer
I've only just gone back to look at some of the things and I found this. How exactly does somebody 'donate an action/charge'? And what's a charge?
Basically, charging is a system whereby you can store actions to use later in large quantity, allowing you to unleash an extra powerful attack or entity. Attacks on the Godmodder almost never get boosted by charge size, and depending on the Game Master's preferences may not apply to certain other things as well. Relevant to my entity auction and store, you can give stored (or recently generated) charge points to other players without penalty.
Basically all you gotta do to charge though is say that you're charging instead of doing an actual action with that post, and if you're boosting someone else's charge, say that you are doing such.
Mostly, though how you're saying it will give you a charge point, not me, since you need to specify that you're giving me the point so that I can use it. Am I correct in assuming that that's what you want to do?
As a note to all interested parties, special 'charging quests' exist where applying flavor text to a charge can sometimes earn you bonuses. I don't know whether or not it's possible to trigger charging quests for other people's charges but it's a reason to give a little blurb or whatever if you have ideas.

Being high in the sky, I can't entirely tell what's going on. I can see everyone but not entirely what they're doing (unless its something big like a giant glowing fireball). What's this new thing approaching me? A brick? OW!!! The sudden surprise causes me to stop flying, and I begin to plummet! Shoot. I quickly regain control of my senses and face the battlefield again. "Well done, Mr Brick on a Stick! But now I'll take- MY VENGEANCE!!!" I cast the 9th level spell, Storm of Vengeance!!
A churning storm cloud forms, centered on a point you can see and spreading to a radius of 360 feet. Lightning flashes in the area, thunder booms, and strong winds roar. Each creature under the cloud (no more than 5,000 feet beneath the cloud) when it appears must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 2d6 thunder damage and becomes deafened for 5 minutes.
Each round you maintain concentration on this spell, the storm produces different effects on your turn.
Round 2. Acidic rain falls from the cloud. Each creature and object under the cloud takes 1d6 acid damage.
Round 3. You call six bolts of lightning from the cloud to strike six creatures or objects of your choice beneath the cloud. A given creature or object can't be struck by more than one bolt. A struck creature must make a Dexterity saving throw. The creature takes 10d6 lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Round 4. Hailstones rain down from the cloud. Each creature under the cloud takes 2d6 bludgeoning damage.
Round 5–10. Gusts and freezing rain assail the area under the cloud. The area becomes difficult terrain and is heavily obscured. Each creature there takes 1d6 cold damage. Ranged weapon attacks in the area are impossible. The wind and rain count as a severe distraction for the purposes of maintaining concentration on spells. Finally, gusts of strong wind (ranging from 20 to 50 miles per hour) automatically disperse fog, mists, and similar phenomena in the area, whether mundane or magical.
I cast this spell whilst looking directly at Mr Brick on a Stick! Once I cast the spell, I remain concentration on it! Now all I have to do is keep concentrated. That'll be a challenge..."
Oof! you take the hit from the brick, but, as stated, manage to remain flying with slight difficulty. dc3,r10 At any rate,in retaliation you weave a storm in the air above your foes! As long as you can maintain concentration- including not casting other spells- your storm will persist as a pseudo-entity! this also means it will take effect in the EoTB.

The Veerraad' d I don't even know what it looks like. I don't know anything about it beside its name that does not spark any recognition from my life experience. Also it is annoying that I can't keep my tentacles under control. I have to increase the ownership level to boost the earth attunement. On molecular level genes invade the mask and tentacles, infecting the Mask of Hesitation with the enormous hunger that destroys hesitation and turns it into the longing of being sated. Trying to eat me will allow me to feed it more stem cells and also small hungry visitors that eat and reproduce, feasting on regeneration and changing regeneration into hungry visitor transformation. Slowly the Mask of Hesitation will evolve into Mask of hungry visitation. I also put the Veeraad' d into the factory to see if it can be turned into a mysterious ingredient. I also force more wood work on the tentacles, this time making a big artwork out of the items previously made out of wood. already did two other actions
Mask of Hesitation forced devolution special added! The Factory doesn't know what to make for the Veerraad...nope, not a clue. after a fair bit of confused clacking,it spits out the wire again- this time sticking it to your sticky shield! as it turns out, being basically covered in glue is actually rather inconvenient.

I've only just gone back to look at some of the things and I found this. How exactly does somebody 'donate an action/charge'? And what's a charge?
by spending a post(of which you can have 3 per round)- an entire post, without anything not-donation-y in it- saying that you do so, you can give piono a charge. A charge is like a stored action, allowing stronger or (somewhat) more numerous actions when later expended; charges are expressed as number/number, with the second number as the size of the charge (which cannot be used pre-completion, generally, nor generally drawn from in any partial manner.)
I'll assume you intended Piono, as that seems the most likely. if you didn't, you may take the charge back, but assuming you did... +1 charge to pionoplayer.
you successfully manage to use your godlyPlayer powers to get 1000 (Milli)credits. or to put it another way, 1 credit. credits are more of a bookkeeping tool by piono, not of any intrinsic value if he doesn't accept them, so even if I were inclined to allow that to work (I'm not), I wouldn't really be able to. +1 charge to piono.

technically, as long as I understand what the person is trying to do, any text is fine. for example, the rampant "I CHLUGGULGULEGLUGLUEUGRELNOBDSOUFNDSILGLGUG" posts from earlier in the game do not actually say 'to pionoplayer', necessarily, but its clear from context that they mean to pionoplayer, so it counts. As for the possibility of starting chargequests... if I haven't gotten any ideas from the charger's flavour, I might start a chargequest using other sources as a basis, yes. The Update Room: The Earth Pelican continues to try to wake up the Kittenish Pelican. The Mask of Hesitation makes sure there are enough spring wires to go around. Phil makes sure none of those are applied to them.
Battlefield: The Maniac tries to throw a knife at A Drunken Dwarf (who is actually a bird(person(thingamagig))). Then they realize they already jammed it into their stump, like, over 20 turns ago. The Fgicknupg tries to help the Maniac, but fails, as the goal is not to kick donkeys. The Legion Tarasque, though it is large, is not so large as to attack bird(people(thing))s. This keeps it from helping either. Mr Brick on a Stick hurriedly attempts to put another brick on his stick, but fails to overcome his limitations. They cannot stop the Storm this turn. The Godmodder is acting after this critical(?) juncture in any case. And so the Storm, uninterrupted, forms, and with a series of surly flashes, zappifies each everything in range. in order: The Maniac finds his lawyering to define his health as tiny coming back to bite him, giving him a rather high DC on the roll. He proceeds to roll a critical success. (DC 18, 1D20, 20.) the Fgicknupg rolls a 15. due to the complete lack of knowledge as to his maximum health, it is impossible to tell if he has taken damage as a result. The Legion Tarasque rolls a 5, managing to just barely fail the check (dc 7) for 10 damage. Then the Legion Tarasque takes the check again (Dc9, 1d20, 16) to protect mr Brick on a stick, and succeeds. The Godmodder, naturally, avoids it without a hint of issue. Then, he raises his hand, thumb and forefinger pressed together, before spreading them apart. Simultaneously, in The Update Room, the Spring Wires and-also-the-Veerraad-because-veerraad-is-dutch(?)-for-spring-wire, which are coiled springs of wire, do the jobs of springs, springing everyone with a spring wire from The Update Room into The Battlefield. hopefully nobody finds away around that... That is, except Aeisenbergs, which was Flex Sealed too firmly to the ground to spring away.

The Shopkeep opens up Cuphead's inventory, wearing his fire extinguisher, thusly providing him 100% fire element resistance, and looks around to see if there might be any demon blood in here that might provide that last little bit of charge boost I need.
@SirNatureWriter you should send some charge my way, since I believe you can still do that from a sidequest. I know you're busy, but if you're still below 5 credit and likely to still be out for an extended period of time before you get back, whatever charge boost you get from afterwards (if you decide to let it work for me still I suppose) won't be enough to get you the results of the Monolithium charge. you are now still in the update room. Phil Swift gives you a piece of FLEX TAPE. You wonder what to use it for...
You do that... wait, how? with what? After some debate and with the maniac's testimony, the court has ruled your technique of cutting things off by 'thinking really hard (sic)' to be in complete violation of the laws of physics. The laws of physics don't apply, and they never did, but with the time it took to attend this trial, the Maniac secretly shipped himself to the Antibahamas. ...which happen to be intangible and located directly above the battlefield.

Fire Extinguishers for fire resistance, why didn't I ever think of that? While there are several piles of ever-burning power and a few other, seemingly hell-attuned items scattered around, my files don't list any of it as being 'blood' or from a 'demon'. There seems to be a lot of relatively low-potency powder, in addition to a few vials of red-purple smoke, and a much smaller pile of powder which burns significantly brighter and hotter... there are some rocks that look sort of red, as well, but not exactly Demonic.
Despite being hit with a brick previously, I'm going to keep my concentration. I'm going to assume that being concentrated counts as a turn, so whilst concentrating on keeping this storm, I'll just focus on also dodging anything thrown at me.The problem with that is of course I'm above the storm clouds so therefore I can't really see what's going on. I probably couldn't see an attack coming at me until it was too late (unless its a big, glowing attack), so I'll just hope for the best that everybody forgets I exist.
a post spent concentrating will boost your concentration rolls when interrupted, but as long as you don't cast spells and aren't interrupted you can still maintain it. You keep an eye out... while you might hope for people to forget you exist, I'd think it would be rather difficult to do so while you're constantly pelting them with hail and lightning.

You can return to the battlefield for free, yes. You also charge for piono. Since 1 charge wouldn't quite reach the threshold, and you're arguably in a sidequest... you roll a 30 on the D40, giving piono 2.5 Charges. lucky you! Are you sure you want to go back to the field? I admit, the average Wlevel for this area is a lot higher then yours, but it's surprisingly survivable by running faster then your enemies, and there are (probably) some things in the area of value even aside from the original goal.

Eating things indeed will reduce hunger... but it will also attract more hungry visitors. The alternative hungry visitor from discord comes over and adds some discord visitor stem cells. Those are quite different but still from the same species and mind, also it has tentacles which allows a more smooth integration due to being of similar build. While discord HV is over, he heals the dndbeyond version by eating the injury off (don't ask how). I need more wood... hmm... a portal opens and wood radiation spreads from it, transforming any communication into wood.
Yeah, I'm sure. For now, I think I'd be more useful on the battlefield, especially seeing that (almost) everything is there now.
Back on the battlefield, I survey my surroundings and grin. It's been a (very) long while since I've been here for a significant length of time. I survey the area, and see the menacing dude holding a stick (aka Mr. Brick on a Stick). I send a charge point his way, in the form of a barrage of lightning bolts and not in an actually usable charge point form.
I think the best action right now is a quote from Monty Python...

you run away! Shaking the stick back and forth, you find yourself casting the Heal spell!
RlR
heal spell cast! [5 mana ✹]
[+24 ❤]
The spell also heals Phil for 9 hp. you then successfully return to the caverns you where in before. Phil seems to perk up as you approach their entrance, and it looks like the other phoenixes have lost interest. It occurs to you that while there don't seem to be any premade alloying stations, there is a lot of fire here. an abundance of it, in fact. hm...

Oof! you take the hit from the brick, but, as stated, manage to remain flying with slight difficulty. dc3,r10
At any rate,in retaliation you weave a storm in the air above your foes! As long as you can maintain concentration- including not casting other spells- your storm will persist as a pseudo-entity! this also means it will take effect in the EoTB.
charged.
Mask of Hesitation forced devolution special added!
The Factory doesn't know what to make for the Veerraad...nope, not a clue. after a fair bit of confused clacking,it spits out the wire again- this time sticking it to your sticky shield! as it turns out, being basically covered in glue is actually rather inconvenient.
clugied
Eishalon Turn: the Eishalon digs out some dirt from the ground, and puts a Spring Wire under the Shopkeeper's stall.
by spending a post(of which you can have 3 per round)- an entire post, without anything not-donation-y in it- saying that you do so, you can give piono a charge.
+1 charge to pionoplayer.
you successfully manage to use your
godlyPlayer powers to get 1000 (Milli)credits. or to put it another way, 1 credit. credits are more of a bookkeeping tool by piono, not of any intrinsic value if he doesn't accept them, so even if I were inclined to allow that to work (I'm not), I wouldn't really be able to.+1 charge to piono.
technically, as long as I understand what the person is trying to do, any text is fine. for example, the rampant "I CHLUGGULGULEGLUGLUEUGRELNOBDSOUFNDSILGLGUG" posts from earlier in the game do not actually say 'to pionoplayer', necessarily, but its clear from context that they mean to pionoplayer, so it counts.
As for the possibility of starting chargequests... if I haven't gotten any ideas from the charger's flavour, I might start a chargequest using other sources as a basis, yes.
The Update Room:
The Earth Pelican continues to try to wake up the Kittenish Pelican.
The Mask of Hesitation makes sure there are enough spring wires to go around.
Phil makes sure none of those are applied to them.
Battlefield:
The Maniac tries to throw a knife at A Drunken Dwarf (who is actually a bird(person(thingamagig))).
And so the Storm, uninterrupted, forms, and with a series of surly flashes, zappifies each everything in range. in order:
The Maniac finds his lawyering to define his health as tiny coming back to bite him, giving him a rather high DC on the roll. He proceeds to roll a critical success. (DC 18, 1D20, 20.)
the Fgicknupg rolls a 15. due to the complete lack of knowledge as to his maximum health, it is impossible to tell if he has taken damage as a result.

The shopkeep glares at the Eishalon as it goes flying through the roof of the update room and away to the main battlefield, as the spring wire was not placed on the shopkeep, and instead on his stall, which the shopkeep was not in as established by previous events.
The stall, for its part, turns out to be made mostly of papermache and bobbypins, and shatters the instant it makes contact with the roof of the update room. Interestingly enough none of the gears for the thing the Shopkeep was working on inside of the stall are amongst the wreckage. The shopkeep sighs, and reaches down into hi splayer status down at the bottom, grabbing the 'spring wire'd' status effect and placing it in a conveniently nearby trash can. The trash can then explodes, destroying any and all spring wire that might've been placed in relation to the shopkeep.

It occurs to me that sirnature is probably going to get back too late for the alloying station to actually work on Monolithium.
I can squeeze you in a little late if you're dropping the last 1.2 points of credit into your account as I finish, but if not you're gonna have to either scrounge up 20 extra credits to buy it afterwards or wait until the auctions get extra large again.

Alright, this entire search seems to have been a waste so far anyways, and from the looks of it I need to get stronger before I push through this place. I'm going to teleport myself back to the battlefield for now, and head back here when I've prepared.
If teleporting between areas isn't possible here, or if it doesn't take an action, I'm going to just charge for Piono.

you are now still in the update room.
There seems to be a lot of relatively low-potency powder, in addition to a few vials of red-purple smoke, and a much smaller pile of powder which burns significantly brighter and hotter... there are some rocks that look sort of red, as well, but not exactly Demonic.
a post spent concentrating will boost your concentration rolls when interrupted, but as long as you don't cast spells and aren't interrupted you can still maintain it.
You keep an eye out... while you might hope for people to forget you exist, I'd think it would be rather difficult to do so while you're constantly pelting them with hail and lightning.
Eishalonturn: The Mask Of Hesitation looks up at the Storm... it pulls back two of its tendrils, holding a grand starshard, and with a heave, throws them upwards into the air. 1D100:51.

And Don't quite manage to hold the storm together. in addition, the crystal is lodged into their chest, which makes continued flying rather difficult.
charged.
You successfully change the odds of its mutation progressing on a given turn to 100%. then you start making a giant structure out of... wait, but there isn't any cut-down-trees around, and what few there are seem to be rather sparsely positioned.
You give the... earth, pelican (1+3+5+4+4)17 rocks.
The Update Room: Nothing really happens.
Battlefield:The Storm of Vengeance rapidly unravels, leaving only a light drizzle on the battlefield.
The Earth Pelican keeps trying to wake up the Kittenish one.
The Mask of Hesitation sees the commotion going on there, and throws some more of its black-and-white crystals at the Pelicans, rolling 88,72, 88 (and thus, not missing)
3D40: 34+2+... 1. This breaks a total of 23 rocks.
The Maniac stabs himself in the knee.
The Legion Tarasque keeps guarding mister brick on a stick, who keeps his brick.
The Godmodder goes over the Mask of Hesitation and feeds it some shoes, giving it all the soles it could want. this makes it not-so-hungry. It also makes the Mask BUFF, giving it more freedom to overpower HV's physical control attempts.
