Rejuvenation: If it dies, the phoenix returns to life in 1d6 days as a young phoenix with full hit points. Only the wish spell can stop this feature from functioning.
Illumination: The phoenix produces bright light in a 30ft radius, and dim light in an additional 30ft radius.
Static Shock: The first time a creature hits the Young Storm Phoenix it must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or take 9 (2d8) Lightning damage and be stunned for one minute. The target may repeat this saving throw at the end of their subsequent turns. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to the Phoenix's static shock.
Innate Spellcasting: The phoenix spellcasting ability is wisdom (spell save DC 15). The phoenix can cast the innately requiring only verbal components to the spell.

Multiattack: The Young Storm Phoenix may make any combination of 2 attacks with it's wings, talons or slam or use its electric discharge.
Wings: Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 15 ft., 1 target. Hit: 8 (1d8 + 4) slashing damage plus 13 (3d8) Radiant and 13 (3d8) Lightning
Talons: Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5ft, 1 target, Hit: 17 (3d8 + 4) piercing damage and the target must make a DC 14 strength saving throw or be grappled.
Slam: Melee Weapon Attack: + 9 to hit, target must be grappled, Hit: 26 (5d8+4) bludgeoning damage
Electric Discharge (Recharge 6): The Phoenix released a burst of lightning in a 30ft radius around itself, each creature in that area must make a DC 15 Dexterity Saving throw or take 22 (5d8) Radiant damage and 22 (5d8) Lightning damage or half as much on a successful save.g
