Why do the Claws get a +0 attack modifier?! CR 0 creatures get +2 proficiency bonus, so either it should be -4 STR + 2 = -2 to hit or it should be +2 DEX + 2 = +4 to hit. Unless... Guys! Cats attack with Charisma! -2 CHA + 2 = +0 to hit; it's so obvious now!
