Posted Dec 10, 2022I love that they give this fictional character a sick story and I love how they travel in a pack, great for the dungeon I am making right now.

Posted Dec 28, 2022Wait, are these goblins like the ones in David Bowie's & Jennifer Connelly's 1986 fantasy film "Labyrinth" or are they more like the ones in the anime series "Goblin Slayer"? By the way, I LOVE both of ''Labyrinth" & "Goblin Slayer"!

Posted Jan 7, 2023I am not entirely familiar with your references, but I’d say the former in most settings (although old Faerun specifically used to have some weird stuff that might have leaned more in the anime’s direction).
Goblins are good to play by ear. They tend to just make it up as they go along, anyway. The whole gimmick of standard D&D Goblins is that they’re always mutating, so they can be very different, even within the same setting.
