Description
Not much in known about Yulia before she came to Kalysh, but it takes a strong personality, ruthless cunning, and a silver tongue to keep a gang of bandits in line. And Yulia has these qualities in spades. In addition to managing a gang of bandits Yulia tends to her herd of Tsikavacs, bird like creatures she raised to aid her in her thievery. A person who appeal to Yulia's hidden compassionate side will find her protection and charity in full force.
