Limited Lifespan: Zerg Fighters cannot live longer than a ten-day due to host incompatibility.
Infestation. A humanoid slain by a melee attack from the infested revives as a Zerg Fighter after 1 minute.
Infested Fortitude. If damage reduces the Zerg Fighter to 0 hit points, it must make a Constitution saving throw with a DC of 5 + the damage taken, unless the damage is fire or from a critical hit. On a success, the Zerg Fighter drops to 1 hit point instead.
Melee. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 8 (2d4 + 3) [bludgeoning] damage.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 8 (2d4 + 3) [slashing] damage.
Mutated Bow/Crossbow. Ranged Weapon Attack: +2 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 5 (1d8) [piercing] damage.
