Indomitable Might. If Ziras's total for a Strength check is less than his Strength score, he can use that score in place of the total.

Superior Critical. Ziras scores a critical hit on a roll of 18-20.

Actions

Multiattack: Ziras makes three attacks with his Greataxe of Wounding.

Greataxe of Wounding. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 11 (1d12 + 5) slashing damage. 

Guillotine. Ziras leaps to a target creature within 10 feet and strikes a lethal blow. The creature must succeed a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw or take 39 (6d12) slashing damage. It also takes an additional 5 (2d4) necrotic damage for each stack of wounding it currently has, up to a maximum of 25 (10d4) necrotic damage. It takes half of all damage on a successful save. If the creature is reduced to 0 hit points by this action, it is cleaved in half and can only be restored to life through a Resurection spell or higher forms of similar magic. This action can only be taken once per long rest, however if it reduces a creature to 0 hit points Ziras can use it an additional time within the next minute. Through this way, Ziras can use this action a maximum number of times equal to his Strength modifier in between long rests.

Reactions

Apprehend. When Ziras hits a creature with an opportunity attack, it's movement speed is reduced to 0.

Legendary Actions

Ziras can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn.Ziras regains spent legendary actions at the start of his turn.

Weapon Attack. Ziras makes a weapon attack.

Command Ally. Ziras targets one ally he can see within 30 feet of him. If the target can see and hear Ziras, the target can make on weapon attack as a reaction and gains advantage on the attack roll.

Decimate (2 Actions). Ziras winds up and swings his axe in a wide circle. All enemies within 10 feet of him must make a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save a creature takes 5 (1d10) slashing damage, or half as much on a successful save.

Frighten Foe (2 Actions). Ziras targets one enemy he can see within 30 feet of him. If the target can see and hear him, the target must succeed on a DC 17 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened until the end of Ziras' next turn.
