Starfire Breath. The dragon exhales starfire in a 90-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw, taking 24 (4d10) fire damage and 24 (4d10) radiant damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
