Looks like these are resistant to damage even from magic weapons? Ooofff.... undead just got an upgrade!!
Does the hitpoint maximum restore after sometime?
I was just noting that. Sure the amount of damage is one die less, but no restoration of maximum hit points?
It doesn't say so because restoring your Hit Point Maximum is defined as a standard benefit of a long rest. You can find it in the Rules Glossary of the PHB.
Yeah, I found it after I made the post.
Ah, thanks :)
Something special with incorporal. They can't be grapple, restrained or prone.. but can be push/pull
Would be extremely useful to add a Long Rest link in the Life Drain so that we don't have to guess at this, or have to look at the comments to figure it out. This is a digital document that it could easily be added.
Res to even magic slashing/piercing/bludge? I thought martial needed a buff! Really, the new rules for pc seemed to be turned to rebalance in favor of martials (which was kinda needed), and every monsters statblocks seems to be made in a suck to be you to all martial (specially barbarian cause a lot oof creatures got their attack changed to others damage type they cant resist)
Life drain is SAVAGE vs lvl 1 characters, because just 1 blast can drop a low-Con character's max HP to zero. When that happens, it's an instakill - no saving throws, no healing spells, just death. Not as bad as Shadows though...
