Arcane Stabilizer
The Gearwinder emits a stabilizing surge over 30 ft. When an ally within range makes a saving throw, the construct can use its reaction to grant advantage on that roll.
Passenger Harness
The Gearwinder can carry one Medium or two Small creatures secured in its saddle harness, up to a combined maximum of 600 lbs. Each passenger’s movement is tied to the Gearwinder’s.
Multiattack
Zephraal Gearwinder makes two Slam attacks.
Slam
Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (1d8 + 2) bludgeoning damage as the construct’s telescoping limb crashes down.
Description
Description: An intricate medium construct, the Zephraal Gearwinder hovers silently on a ring of spinning micro-rotors. Its chassis is forged from pale titanium alloy etched with glowing cerulean runes that pulse in time with each rotor beat. Integrated into its angular torso is a reinforced saddle harness, allowing one Medium or two Small creatures up to 600 lbs to ride securely in tandem. From its torso sprout telescoping limbs tipped with multi-jointed manipulators, while its head is a smooth, featureless dome housing a single cyclopean arc-lens. As it moves, a faint hum and the scent of overcharged mana fill the air.
Lore: Forged as a proof-of-concept by clockwork guilds in a floating spire city, Zephraal Gearwinders were designed as obedient aerial custodians. Rumor holds each carries a fragment of its creator’s memory stream, so they sometimes murmur half-formed thoughts in the wind.
