I'm DMing a campaign for few friends using DnD Beyond and my homebrewed items don't work for them when they click them on character sheets. I can see them fine in my homebrew content but from character sheet they just don't open (Error Code: f23af2d18c934296a6fe3ca6502ff8fc). Because of that I can't attune the weapons for them so they don't get those modifiers right. It has been like this for 2 days now and I have tried to delete the weapons from the characters and my homebrew content and create them again with different names but still the same problem continues.
I don't know if this is the same at all but I'm trying to go through posts here to find help for myself also.

If their character sheets bug out when they add your homebrew items - then the items themselves are the cause. There is probably something about them that is breaking the sheets. Link the items you're making (they don't have to be published) and a mod can take a look. Maybe also link an affected character sheet just to see if that really is the problem.
The items can be added to their character sheets fine but when you try to open them again from there we just get that error message. Of course this might be something I'm just doing wrong but I don't understand what.
The links to the items on my homebrew list are (not published):
Usually when that issue occurs it is because something in the way the designer (you in this case) of the Homebrewed Item made a tiny oversight that actually breaks the website’s ability to make it interact correctly with the character sheet.
One very common instance occurs when the homebrew’s designer makes a Magic Item that allows the wielder to cast spells using charges and makes a miscalculation when setting the Minimum and Maximum charges used to upcast a spell. For example, if you take a 3rd-level spell like Fireball and set the Min Charges to 1 to cast it at its base level, and then set the Max Charges to 8, that would allow the spell to be cast above 9th-level, which is against the rules for D&D which have been attached to the character sheet functionality.
There are other examples where something as simple as that going screwy once it hits the character sheet, but that is the one I most commonly see come up. If you double check the settings for the items that are giving you the issue, I’m sure you will be able to spot the issue.

The "Damage-Cold" modifier present on both items does not have a fixed value amount, or a die value, which would cause the error you're seeing.
Based on your whips description you would want, in that modifier, to set the die to "1" (die count) "d4" (die type).
Thank you very much both! The problem was in the modifier. Everythings works now <3
