I feel like I'm missing something. In the Features & Traits box on the character sheet, all kinds of info gets dumped in there, so I have to scroll, scroll, scroll to find stuff, especially for multiclassed characters. I'm guessing at least a majority of players don't need to know that "Hit Points - PHB, pg. 57" is a feature of their class. There are many other items like this. I searched for "hide in character sheet" and saw one reference to a "hide in sheet" feature but I can't find it. There's a "Hide in Builder" feature, but I can't find "Hide in Viewer," or "Hide in Character Sheet."
Am I missing something or is this a feature request? Thanks in advance for any help. A concise list of just the features I want to see in that box would make all the difference. I love building with the Builder, but am having trouble getting a usable sheet from it.

I would love to see this as well. Just a checkmark for each trait/feature/etc that would hide it from the main view, as well as a way to re-organize the list of each would be a wonderful addition to the character sheets.
You already have this. The box that shows these has buttons to narrow things down to just what you want - including to things that have checkboxes. For the checkbox things specifically go to Actions and then Limited Uses.
Actions Tab
All - lists everything. Attack - lists only things that are listed as attacks. Action - lists things that take 1 action. Bonus Action - lists things that take 1 bonus action Reaction - lists things that use your reaction. Other - lists everything else that isn't an attack, action, bonus action or reaction. Limited Uses - lists anything that can only be used a number of times such as features with checkboxes, limited use spells, etc.
The Features & Traits tab is there to look up the features your character has. It can list All, Race, Class, and Feats. If any of these are limited use features, they will show here, but also shows everything else - since that's the point of this tab. Again, if you only want to see just the stuff you want to check off, use the Actions - Limited Uses tab, since that is the point of that.

I know I'm late to this, but since I've recently started playing again, I've come across the exact same issue.
I'm just level 4 (Hexblade 1, Ancients Paladin 3), and my "Features & Traits" section is cluttered with WAY too many unnecessary information.
Like, my language proficiencies are on the left. So are my armor, weapon, tool and skill proficiencies. They are ALL on the screen elsewhere. I also don't need to know my Hit Dice unless I do a Short Rest, and once I click that button, they're shown anyway. I don't need to know that I have an extended spell list either, when those spells are listed in the Spells section anyway.
So why are they cluttering my Features & Traits tab? It doesn't make any sense. More than half of that tab is filled with duplicate and thus useless information. It takes ages to go through my abilities and what I can do because every single time I have to scroll, and scroll, and scroll.
As convenient as D&D Beyond is, I find it baffling that such a huge UI design flaw still hasn't been fixed yet.
I would have to disagree. The Features & Traits tab is where everything mechanical about my character is displayed in one central location. There's a lot of stuff because characters get complicated the more levels they take, especially multiclassing. If they took the different sections from the F&T tab and removed them simply because they're displayed somewhere else, what would be left on the F&T tab?
There's times I would check someone's sheet, or even my own, and ask myself where did that character get something from. Go to the F&T tab and look through there and I'll most likely find it because the F&T tab is supposed to be a collection of everything about that character.
You know the F&T tab has subtabs to separate class features from racial features from feats, right?

I mean, in cases like yours where you wanna check someone else's sheet and where they got stuff from, it does make sense to be there.
But there should at least be an option to hide it, because if it's your own character, you usually know where it comes from and once you start playing you don't need that info anymore, so in the end it simply clutters the tab. And I have never had a case of my DM going "hey where did you get that proficiency from again?" 10 sessions into a campaign. It just doesn't happen.
And I know that there are sub-tabs, but those are equally as cluttered? So it's pointless. Why do I, as the owner and player of that character, ever need to know mid-campaign that I have those two proficiencies because I'm an elf, for example? Doesn't make sense.

This would be amazing
YES I would love a section on the main character sheet for my feature traits and the check boxes for ease / memory.

100% agree with you there. More dynamic control of what is displayed would be a welcome addition.
