Things like armor affecting stealth is working fine but gaining levels of exhaustion has no effect on HP, movement or ability rolls until you hit 6 which kills you. I saw someone brought this up 3 years ago and it was on the "roadmap" but since items and such can effect stats I assume this is just broken?
I would say broken so much as it hasn’t been implemented yet. It, like mage armor, rage, and a whole bunch of other things are considered “temporary effects” and aren’t implemented yet. They are still on the roadmap, along with a lot of other things.. other features and needed rebuilding have taken priority.
