I know that's an intentionally incendiary title. However, sometimes that's what it takes to get noticed.
So the questions:
I have a player who Multi classed from Sorc to warlock and either; the coding is broken as to ignore the rules for proficiencies when multiclassing on page 164, or the design is flawed so as to allow players to circumvent them. (a multiclassed warlock doesn't get the 1st level proficiencies medium armor/shields or martial weapons. and yet on your application they are provided)
Additionally, with inventory why does your system allow players to equip more items than they have hands to carry? or enabled two-weapon fighting with non light weapons ( barring the duel welding feat exemption) ?
This should be a helpful tool for players, but i feel its turning into a lazy crutch for many... so it should be accurate!
Can you clarify what you mean? To address some of your points:

Hexblade Warlocks are granted proficiency in Medium Armor/Martial Weapons - so if your player multiclassed into Warlock and selected this Patron, they would be granted this as per the Rules.

There is no rule that indicates you have a limit to how many items you can carry on hand. The only restriction in this regard is specifically when it comes to attunement. Users are able to equip multiple weapons/items so that they have the option to view how it would like (or in the instance of weapons, see which weapons do what damage, bonuses, etc). If you are referring to the rules regarding Encumbrance, they can be enabled on the first page of the Character Builder.

As per the rules, two weapon fighting is available to all characters regardless of whether they take feats or fighting styles. You can view the relevant rules here. If your player's character sheet is showing non-light weapons as being available under the "Bonus Action" section of the character sheet without having taken the feat, please post a link to that character sheet so that either myself or another moderator can take a look to see what's causing the issue.

RAW, there is no “equipping” of items, that’s entirely a DDB UI/UX thing and has nothing to do with D&D the game.
