Creating a homebrew monster with saving throw proficiency does not take CR (proficiency modifier) into consideration in player view.
I'm trying to crate a sidekick druid healer for my characters (as opposed to the cleric feel that is default) Creating from scratch or starting with a copy does not matter.
Steps to reproduce: * create a homebrew sidekick monster * give it the appropriate skills and attributes * Verify that saving throws have the correct value from the view in homebrew/"My Creations" page. * add the sidekick to a character and check the saving throws * Saving throws are now displayed without the proficiency modifier added.
Experienced: a CR 5 sidekick with 16 WIS gets the appropriate +6 to Wisdom saving throws in homebrew view, while it shows only +3 for the players when viewed from the extra/sidekick section of the character sheet. Expected: to show +6 in all views
In the “extras” menu, add them as “misc,” not as a “sidekick,” and see if that makes a difference. The “sidekick” option in the extras menu is designed for the sidekicks from Dragon of IceSpire Peak, and may make some changes/recalculations of the statblocks added that way.

I set up some sidekicks this past weekend for a group I'm in and this is 100% correct. Adding a creature with the category Sidekick does not add a proficiency bonus (derived from the creature's challenge rating) to saving throws or skill proficiencies. Adding the same creature with the category Misc. does add the PB correctly.
This is an amazing workaround :-) Would still think that this is something that should be fixed, but then again at least now I'm able to use the character without remembering that I need to add PB to saving throws :-)
