I have a Master tier account. As far as I understand, I should be able to extend my content to a total of 60 people using the format "across five campaigns with up to 12 players each". Yet when I have a campaign with fewer than 6 Players in it, some of them cannot see my content. I have to create a new campaign, have them drop the first and join the new, and it works for them. At one point I had to have 3 campaigns, all with fewer than 6 Players each, just to run ONE game. Is there a better way to work around this content sharing bug than to keep making campaigns with one or two Players in them?
You and your player should check to ensure that your Account Entitlements are in sync: (https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/marketplace). Also, you can always try turning content sharing off and back on again for a campaign. Those two things usually solve that problem.
