I am making a character and want to use the drakewarden ranger as part of the build. However, when I select ranger archetype there is no option for drakewarden. As stated in  the title my entitlement sync is on.

Few questions:

1. Do you own Fizban's Treasury of Dragons or the Drakewarden subclass as an individual purchase
2. If not, is the book/subclass being shared with you via content sharing?
3. If so, is the character you're making in the campaign that the content is being shared via?

I own the material myself and it shows up in the ranger page just not as an option in character creation.

Are you absolutely sure you own Fizbaan’s Treasury yourself? If so, did you purchase the “Compendium Only” version of the book, or the “Full Version” of it? Are you using the app or the website?

we have the same problem on ours we have everything on the drakewarden but the option is not there and we had the choice last week

Do you own Fizban’s Treasury on DDB? If not, is your character in a campaign with someone who does and for which content sharing has been enabled?

yes my dm has the extension the drakewarden was there last week when we wanted to put it it could have been there

Everyone in the campaign should use the following link and make sure that your Access Entitlements are in sync: (https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/licenses). Also, whoever had activated content sharing, presumably the DM, should double check that their subscription hasn’t expired.

I have the same problem, I have purchased Fizban's myself and I cannot see the sub-class in character creation

I have full book as well and its not there for character creation....

I know this thread is old, but I just ran into the same problem. 

I'm in a campaign, the DM has content sharing enabled and has Fizban's Treasury of Dragons. 

I do not know what the problem is.

Check to see that you're actually making the character in the campaign, and that you have "Expanded Rules" checked in the Home tab of the character builder.
